I use these All. The. Time. Whether I'm batch cooking freezer meals or doing quick preserves that I don't feel like canning, I keep these in pretty constant rotation. I've tried many methods of organizing my deep freezer, and I love these best of all. The blocks fit well in acrylic bins, and the bags don't tend to get as many holes as when you freeze them flat. I love them so much that I have 6 of the big one and 8 of the small ones.

I do a lot of batch cooking and preserving, and these block makers (and the larger ones) have been amazing. I was originally just freezing my bags flat, but I find that they are too big at times and are often more prone to tearing. These cubes are great, though. They fit into acrylic bins perfectly, stack well, and make the process so much easier and less messy. I love them so much that I I have 8 of the little ones and 6 of the big ones.

These work so well, I am surprised I haven’t seen something like this before. If you freeze liquids, you need this. The bands that hold them together are a bit tricky but very usable.

Time in the kitchen for meal prep is a concentrated effort--it's not like this grandma spends her day cooking until kids flock in like starlings for whatever their hands can reach off the counter! We need healthy special diet need soups and sauces quick to heat up sometimes at a moment's notice faster than a junk food high kicks in. These freezer block makers fit the bill with maximum efficiency in a small freezer.

Specialty spiced small serving soups stock or vegetables are just as time-consuming making a little or a lot. These freezer packets make pre-prep possible and handy to grab to beat the prices of store-bought prepared items. Great for the solo meal, too.

I wish i'd had this years ago! I freeze a lot and trying to fill a floppy freezer bag was a mess. This is a wonderful design: it holds the bag firmly upright so you can fill with ease and once frozen they stack beautifully taking up much less room than any plastic or glass product.

I haven't used this yet, but have friends that have, and they loved it, which is why I bought it. I will be happy to update this once I have used it.

We have 3 fruit tress and we used this Gallon Block maker for the Orange Juice. Now it's perfectly stacked and ready anytime we want Fresh OJ> We adctually bought 2 of these !

WE have citrus trees, so we process lots of juice.These worked perfect and allowed us to stack the juice bricks in the freezer
