This is the second set of Member’s Mark Hotel Premium sheets that I have purchased. We love the king split-sheets set & they wash up great. We’ve had our first set about 7 years & wash them once a week. The weight of the sheets is perfect for a good night’s sleep.

These sheets are HORRIBLE! They have a weird, strongly unpleasant smell to them, and a texture that makes me cringe like hearing fingernails on a chalkboard every time I touch them! They are NOT soft in any way, and after washing and drying them eight full times they still smell bad and have a horrible feel to them. I strongly suspect they are neither 700 thread count nor cotton. I REALLY miss the Sam's Club sheets I bought 5 years ago. They were the absolute best! I love them so much! I tried buying replacements a couple of years ago and those were so bad I never use them. These are so much worse though! I've HAD IT with companies promising one thing in their item descriptions and delivering absolute garbage. I'm returning thes they've been through the wash already. I hope everyone else stands up for themselves and gets their money back when things like this happen. If we don't do it, it's only going to get worse!

I would like to share a little sewing knowledge for a couple of less knowledgeable reviewers. For the person who stated the sewing is coming a part after she washed them before using them. What you are seeing is the starting and ending tails of the thread which is always there, if not, seeing cannot begin. The person who sewed it just did not clean it up after finishing it. Which is to cut the tails off. However I would have sent your set back anyway because the sheet you were complaining about, the person has the tension set a little to loose, mostly the person forgot to reset it from a previous project, because it is not off by much. Under this situation I wouldn’t expect getting another set with the same problem. If the tension would have been ok, all you would have had to do was cut the threads. This person was having a bad day all around because the back/reversing at the end is supposed to on top of row on top row this is to prevent the thread from coming undone from washings and use. This person didn’t quite make the mark. The person who complained about softness. This set did NOT state pre-washed therefore it will have some stiffness until it is washed. Production wise it is easier on the weaving machines if the thread is stiffer, causes less jamming and thread breakage, as well as, less shipping bulk-age, the flatter it lays. So next time wash it first, then complain. At Sam’s you can do that and still can return it, just make sure you check the return policy 1st. Because not all things are returnable or they have exceptions. So, please people do your homework learn about what you are buying before you buy it. That includes how things are made. The higher the thread count the better, right? Well that means a whole grunch of little itty bitty fine threads that will break easily and the silkier even cotton sheets will feel and look. Which also means they will be as slippery as silk as well so, if yo like chase your sheets down all night then the hight thread counts are for you. Unless you sew velcro on the bed and on the top sheet, tucking it in is not going to work either.

Quality product. Soft comfortable cotton. I have 6 sets of various colors for the master and guest rooms. Bottom fitted sheet has sewn in labels noting top, bottom and sides which is very helpful on a king mattress. Appreciate the 4 pillow cases. Launders perfectly. Excellent price.

These sheets are so soft and comfortable! They are made very superior to other bed linens I have purchased over the years. The corners of the fitted sheets are made perfectly which allows for easy fitting on the mattress and I love how the sides of the fitted sheets are labeled "side" which is a nice help guide when changing the sheets! If I could have rated them 10 stars I certainly would have!

We have loved these sheets for years. Recently, you can tell they changed vendors or suppliers. First, they stink bad chemical smell even after multiple washings. Also the size has changed so they dont fit tightly on the mattress. Sad we are going to have to a find new place to get sheets that isnt outrageously priced .

The Member's Mark Premier 700 Thread Count Sheets are SUPER SOFT. Every other Sheet set we have every tried for our bed (even the elasticized ones 'guaranteed' to fit)...never did. WE have found our perfect Sheets! We love that they are Elasticized ALL the way AROUND...so they fit...and they don't come off. We have two Twin Extra Long Mattresses on a KING SIZE frame...for our Adjustable Bed. It allows each of us to put our Mattress at the level we want. Most Sheet sets for king size are too small for this type of set up...but not the Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection...and sooooo soft. Thank you. Thank you.

So far so good. I'm hoping these are the same quality as the sets I bought several years ago from Sam's Club. So far they appear to be. They wash well, sleep comfortably, and generally feel good. They have a nice weight to them, the size is true, and the finish smooth.

I purchased these sheets approximately 18 months ago. Upon arrival I was satisfied with the quality and really liked that the set included 4 pillow cases. But now I'm completely disappointed. The fitted sheet has completely shredded. You can literally rip it with your hands. The sheets have not been abused nor washed incorrectly or with bleach. Do better Sam's! Also, save yourself some headache and money and dont buy these.

The blue color was beautiful but we didn't like the design of the sheets. We have King mattress 16" high and the sheets were baggy and didn't fit tight. The corners were stitched with a weird ruching design that was bulky. When we washed the sheets the fabric started fraying around the elastic so I returned them.
