We cooked the bread on the bbq and it turned out crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside! Yummy. I gave it 4 stars due to I could not taste any sourdough flavor but it was still very good. Also love the minimal ingredients!! Great find.. the second loaf we are going to cut it in half and make pizza on the bbq!

Your pandemic sourdough die? Mine too. Don’t worry- this bread has your back. This bread is a way simpler, equally as delicious way to have fresh sourdough at home. Some loaves have had some tunneling issues, but I LOVE that there are no preservatives and minimal ingredients. It’s so great to have a fresh baked loaf in 15 minutes. I really hope Sam’s picks this up as a permanent item.

Not bad for store sour dough, only few contents. Have to be careful in the baking, can quickly over bake. Bought 2 packages my first purchase in store. Will buy again, can not make it this cheap. Enjoyed the first 2 loafs, will bake another soon. Being Gluten sensitive, this is perfect for me. Has to be make with the starter to be ok.

I LOVE this bread. It has all the things I’m looking for in a bread, convenience, organic, and few ingredients. Will definitely be a regular purchase!

When prepared as directed, you won't be able to stop eating this wonderful sourdough bread. It stays fresh for a long time as they are each vacuumed separately. You get a nice crust and soft interior with an aroma and sourness flavor. Enjoy it!

Cook to perfection. I baked in my convection oven for about 17 minutes. I used an internal thermometer to ensure it reached 200 degrees. That did the trick. It was delicious.

Outstanding! This bread comes out perfect from the oven and even tastes like it came from a New York deli wow! Slightly crispy on the outside and warm soft chewy on the inside. So amazing wow
