Bread was easy bake. It comes in an airtight package with an oxygen absorber to reduce chance of mold. I find if you cook it for 15 minutes it comes out at a perfect crunchy outside, soft inside texture. Definitely will buy again.

Outstanding! This bread comes out perfect from the oven and even tastes like it came from a New York deli wow! Slightly crispy on the outside and warm soft chewy on the inside. So amazing wow

When prepared as directed, you won't be able to stop eating this wonderful sourdough bread. It stays fresh for a long time as they are each vacuumed separately. You get a nice crust and soft interior with an aroma and sourness flavor. Enjoy it!

The loaves are stodgy and claggy and taste of school lunch white bread. I DISLIKE them immensely and am more than displeased that these are the replacement offering after taking away the fresh baked and sliced loaves. I will continue to give poor reviews on this product as long as it is in the stores. We don't have a lot of options down here and pay more than any other local big box of its name. The least you could do is not be SO OBVIOUS about not caring about your customers.

Outstanding bread, very easy to bake, we are the first loaf in minutes. I really hope this becomes a normal item at the club.

This is the closes you can get to sourdough bread that does not destroy your body as much as others that use seed oils.
