The nuggets are a healthier choice compared to others. I did add them a bit longer to the air fryer to crisps and sprayed them with avocado oil. The only thing is they are a bit tasteless. Get a good dipping sauce.

My kids absolutely love these, and so do I! You can tell that they are using real, whole pieces of fish and I love that it's high in protein for me and my family! Great for dipping in any sauce!

These are a hit!! Love the crispy exterior and the flaky fish interior. Have used them for family dinners and also appetizers when hosting friends. Easy to cook in an air fryer. Definitely on repeat in our home.

What a nice change of pace in the frozen aisle. 18g of protein, more than double other fish stick type items! I also love the no seed oils and commitment to safety through mercury testing.

My toddlers devoured these, with our homemade tartar sauce. So glad to find a high protein “nugget” for these kids. They got bored of regular chicken nuggets. This mom approves with how clean they are and how quickly you can make them on a whim.

I really wanted to like these but, they have absolutely no flavor. To air fry it should tell you to flip them over or the bottoms will be soggy. I flipped them over for another 5 min and they were fine just tasteless.

I really enjoyed these. cooked in air fryer and were crispy and tender inside. Not fishy. i could make some good fish taco's with these. The ingredients are solid also.

Taste great. Kids loved these fish nuggets! I went a little longer (about 3 mins) than suggested knowing our air fryer cooks different but at the same suggested temp and these came out crispy. Nice meal for lunch or quick dinner for sports seasons.

toddler quick lunch/dinner. i like that it has clean ingredients unlike other brsnds and that you cant pronouns. i put in Air fryer, gives it a nice crispy crust. must buy... and great deal 👌
