They weren’t what I expected. I didn’t expect that size of a box to have two bags inside of it. The flavors were not bad. I do recommend defrosting them before putting them into the air fryer just to make sure that the nugget itself isn’t too dry. It’s basically fish sticks and nugget shapes. The kids give them an eight out of 10 myself. I give it a seven out of 10.

These fish bites are any easy quick lunch. I prepared them in the air fryer which made them slightly crispy. The macros are amazing but they do lack some overall flavor. The are an amazing source of protein. The breading is bare (as advertised) but overall spices are lacking. I paired with cocktail sauce which helped.

It has a slightly unpleasant smell right out of the Air Fryer, and the taste is extremely bland. There is almost no flavor to the fish at all, so you definitely need a good dipping sauce on hand. That said, my kid ate them with ketchup without any complaints. If you are looking for a quick , crunchy protein and don’t mind the lack of seasoning, they are okay.

I love the simplicity of the ingredients of this product. They’re small and crunchy with white fish inside no weird textures. You can tell it’s just fish and breading. They are a little bland. There’s not much flavor but when pair with tartar sauce, they’re great.
