Safe Catch, we must go back to the drawing board on these. Cooking was fine. The texture of the fish was like paper and the breading needed some work it wasn't flavorful nor appetizing. Also the choice of fish didn't pair well.

I was fully expecting these to be minced fish like fish sticks. It's not! It's nice flakey fish! They hold apart very well and are very delicious!!! Would for sure buy again!
