Quality is good. Taste is good. Just wish the crush would be crispy on both side it crisp up on one side but after you turn it over to other side moister make crust soft

These were just okay. Prepared them in the air fryer. They did cook up quick and had a good crunch. They are definitely lacking flavor. The kids were not fans of these.

Apparently I don't like Pollock. I love the idea of the nuggets, they worked great in shape for fish tacos. But that didn't taste like the fish I'm used to. It's not a mild flavor. But if you know you like Pollock ....
