I've enjoyed it with just a simple bowl of vanilla Greek yogurt and was pretty full without eating anything else. I am a sucker for any gut health product or adding prebiotics anywhere you can. I would consider purchasing this again.

The clusters were a good size and the dried berries where a nice size as well to where you can actually tell its a berry. I didnt have to fish through the bag to try to find larger clusters or berries as there were plenty throughout. I gave this to my 2 year old with some vanilla yogurt and diced fresh strawberries. She loved it! Really good granola and will have to get it again for my daughter's!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Kashi Gut Health Granola Blueberry Almond for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion and I'm honestly shocked by how good it is. Usually, when I see “gut health” on a label, I expect the product to be bland or taste gross but this is actually so good. The best part is definitely the blueberries. I've had dried strawberries in cereal before, but never whole freeze dried blueberries like this. They actually stay surprisingly crunchy and are very sweet too. The granola and almonds are also super crunchy, sweet, and nutty so it's an all around great combo. The only downside is that the bag is pretty tiny. It only lasted me about 3 bowls so it disappears fast!

Absolutely delicious, I love that this one has prebiotics and fiber because it's so simple to put aside eating those things and this can be done with a small cup on the go! The packaging is resealable which makes it better so the oats don't go stale. There's no aftertaste just pure goodness. Loved it

It could use a little sweetness, but ultimately I'd rather add the sweetness myself than have it come super sweet since I'm sure plenty of people would prefer it the way it is. My boyfriend doesn't like things as sweet as I do and he liked it too! I am not really a granola person but I would consider buying it again.

The design is bright and colorful and highlights some of the benefits of the granola. I like that there's no artificial colors or flavors. The granola has a slight sweetness and was surprisingly good. I chose to eat it as a cereal with milk, but it would probably be good sprinkled over some yogurt. I didn't notice a difference in digestion, but that's not to say it can't help due to it being made with activated cultures.

That threw me off a tad and took away from the freshness. I feel like it is a good price for the product and still provides slight nutrients. Not to mention it would work well on the go! As far as allergens go, be wary of the almonds. 🌰🫐
