The machine itself is rather heavy 20+lbs, but once you get it where you want it this is not a real factor in any of our daily operations. The unit is solid, shiny silver metal body with everything you need to make your own unique concoctions in the comforts of your own home. There is an overflow indicator, letting you know you have added too much water right in the drip tray. The grinder on top gives you different levels of grind and is much quieter than I expected it would be. It does of course make noise, it is grinding beans after all, but the level of noise is minimal at best. The basin heats up within minutes so there is not a long wait to get the coffee you crave. The basket is heavy giving you a feeling that it is solid and professional. The tamper is just the right weight to ensure that you are getting a good pack without being too tight. There are a variety of settings that can be used such as Americano, Espresso and Hot Water. The varied temperatures ensure the perfect drink every time. Finally, the frother...This is so easy to use and it even comes with the metal cup. We actually keep the cup in our refrigerator for a perfectly chilled milk that gives a perfect froth every time. I cannot tell you how much time and $ I am saving by not having to go to our local "chain" coffee shops. No more long lines, just hot drinks when you want them. I absolutely recommend this unit to anyone who may be questioning the purchase. From novice to pro, this is a great unit for anyone! 10/10

As long as you get good beans there’s no way to mess up a good cappuccino! It grinds it just perfectly how you like it, the milk foams easily and the coffee comes out tasting light and creamy. As long as you take the time to read the instructions and keep practicing using it- you will have a lifelong expresso machine. It’s build really well!

The company just keeps making these high quality machines better and better so I keep upgrading. I love my coffee so I need the best machine to make the best espresso and cappuccino. I love inviting my friends over and making them specialty drinks. It makes me feel just like a Barista. It is super easy to set and use. If you need the instructions they are really easy to follow and understand. This has helped me to eliminate all those little machines I had setting around. This machine has it all. It has a bean grinder with many settings, three different active temperature control settings, and a wonderful frother. You can't get anything better than this. Plus, it looks fantastic setting on my counter top. Clean up is easy so I'm always ready for another cup of deliciousness. I would definitely recommend this high quality machine to anyone who loves their coffee.

It fits under the upper cabinet so it doesn't take up too much room. You can use ground coffee or whole beans, since it has a built-in grinder. we love it!

I love the fact that you can chose the water temperature to various types of coffee bean. It is ready right when you turn it on. It did leak at first but with some minor adjustments it don’t know. I feel like a professional barista when I use this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An absolutely amazing machine. This makes the most delicious coffee every time, from espressos to lattes all in the comfort of my house. In three simple steps you have a perfectly brewed coffee; select temperature, select drink and press Ok. I'm in coffee heaven! This machine has so many great features; grinding and dosing where you add your beans and select how you want them grounded x-light to extra dark and the frother is so easy to use and steams milk so nicely, are just a few features I love. The control panel is very easy to use and the water tank is easy to fill and a great size. Clean up is easy, empty drip tray daily, clean filter baskets after each use and wipe down steam wand, use warm water and a mild detergent to clean all accessories. The machine will also notify you when it needs to be descaled. This is a really great machine for any coffee lover out there!

I’ve owned two Breville units and I’m extremely pleased I tried this one. Fantastic machine thus far ! If it holds up for several years of daily use, I’ll be thrilled. Having to do everything manually has led me to learn so much more about my coffee, helping me make even better coffee.
