Not a regular coffee drinker as I enjoy my tea but my wife would fix coffee for us once a day. However, the coffee was like a shot in the dark. Hit the target once in awhile but most days not that enjoyable. so thought for Christmas I would surprise my wife with a nice espresso machine. I operated the machine for our daily cup of coffee and it took about a week trying the various setting to where I was able to make an enjoyable latte every day which always offered a consistent enjoyable and tasty flavor. love this machine.

I hesitated a lot to buy this machine as I never had a machine with beans before. I thought it would be too much effort but I am really loving it. The guide was of great help to get the settings right and after a few times of trial and error the coffee tastes amazing! Extremely happy with this buy, would definitely recommend, I really enjoy making coffee, for myself or for guests.

I’ve been using different machines from this company, and this one is my favourite. I love how it’s smaller with a great pour. If you’re new to manual expresso machines, this is the one to start with! Very user friendly with a rewarding outcome. You don’t need to know how to make coffee to use this!! Great so far! Works very well. If you want the coffee stand taste you will have to spend a little more and also purchase quality beans. Worth the money!

This machine is extremely easy to use and makes an excellent cup of espresso and nicely foams the milk for my morning latte. It is compact and attractive also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome espresso machine! This machine is able to grind any coffee bean with 8 different grinding settings. I feel that grinding my own coffee beans makes the coffee that much more fresh. The machine itself looks awesome and extremely professional. The machine is very easy to use and easy to clean as well. I like that I am able to have 3 different temp settings as well which gives me a good variety of temps. I am not a pro yet, but the steam wand works awesome for me to make some nice art on top of my espresso drink I make. Due to the way this machine is made, I feel that this will last me a very long time to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first espresso machine and while it looked intimidating I'm pleased to say it wasn't difficult at all! I must say the detailed, colorful manual was a huge help and gave me the confidence to jump right in. Just like the machine itself, the included accessories are great quality and make it super convenient in that you have everything right there ready to go. I do wish there was accessory storage of some sort on the machine but that's not a deal breaker for me. I loved that the machine includes a grinder. It did a fantastic job finely grinding my beans. The steamer was also a great addition, that along with the included stainless steel milk frothing pitcher made me feel like a real barista! I can't wait to continue experimenting so I can hone my skills and create that perfect cup of espresso.

It was a learning process but easy enough for me to get the hang of. The machine itself is made beautifully and I love the way it looks on my countertop. Cleanup is a breeze because everything comes apart easily, I only wish the top part came off so I can clean where the espresso beans sit. I'm getting the hang of using the steam wand for my cappuccino art, I think thats the funnest part! I highly recommend this, I LOVE it!

This is leaking from day one. I am disappointed, very hard to press the coffee and portafilter tight when you are inserting it into the machine, Design is terrible, it does not balance properly only one way to insert it to the grinder to keep it from falling. The amount of ground coffee that come in to dubble espresso is insufficient. there is a useless one size container.
