Being born and raised in Hawai'i, I am very picky about sushi especially my favorite tuna. I loved how these were already cubed and the packets were flavorful. It was not fishy or chewy. I did it the quick thaw way and put it over sticky rice. It was bomb. I bought 2 more boxes because I'm worried they will sell out or it's just seasonal. So you can make your own poke bowl for $9 whereas most places charge $13-$20 for one. It also is a good portion. So good!

I was surprised that they had this and was a little hesitant, but looking at the reviews I decided to take the plunge and I did not regret it. the packaging is great and it is easy to defrost. it is surprisingly fresh and delicious with the sauces and then you can dress it up as you want

If Sam's Club gets rid of this I might cry. I took a chance on this and it is better than I had imagined. Give this a try, you won't be disappointed. I thawed the packs overnight, added the sauce and immediately had a delicious lunch. The wasabi sauce is amokey and rich. Delicious!

I was really impressed with the quality of the tuna, I thought it was pretty much identical to the grade you get when you go to an actual Poke place, I did a basic dress up of my home assembly, put it over bibigo sticky rice and only remembered to buy cucumbers so that's what went on my bowl. Really enjoyed it, I had the wasabi flavoring, it was mediocre sauce to me, but I personally like heat, and a bit of a kick when something says it contains horseradish. But still a 75% on the sauce. I tend to be “frugal” , if I can make it at home for cheaper and tastier…I will. With this kit you can do that. The bowl probably cost me 10 $to make , takeout would've been 16-17

This was surprisingly good and I sure hope it doesn't go away soon. Like another reviewer said, the marinade is intense and way too salty for my taste, but this is easily remedied by using only a portion of the pouch. Each tuna pack is enough for at least two poke bowls, so you get six meals for under $20. In my view, this is a bargain when a single poke bowl at a fast casual poke restaurant is about $20.

It's eh, it's some okay tuna. I did run into a few issues though. First off the texture after thawed isn't the greatest. The tuna gets a bit tough and chewy, at least some pieces, so it has a bit of an odd texture. It's not all of them, just some. Originally I was just going to eat them plain, starting with the Shoyu Tuna flavor. This was definitely a mistake. It has a lovely flavor, but the salt and flavor is extreme, so once I made some rice for it, it was a million times better. There is a ton of sauce, so you can easily cover any veggies, rice etc, while still covering the tuna. The Spicy Tuna one was also really tasty, definitely a bit of spice, but nothing too intense. I don't eat a lot of spicy stuff, but even then, this was tolerable in terms of heat. The Wasabi Tuna one was absolutely rancid. I thawed all of them just as instructed, and I checked numerous times because I don't like to risk fish safety, but yeah, it was definitely rotten, so I did not really get to experience that one.

This is a fun product. The fish is good quality and I think this is a good deal. I don't know if I'll repurchase it because the wasabi sauce is the only one I really liked. The spicy is extremely hot and the shoyu is just kind of bland. Also when looking at this in store I didn't realize it's three packs of two servings each, not six individual packs. I think that's clearer online but worth mentioning, if you're going to eat this alone you'll have to defrost two servings at once and they're pretty big and won't keep very long. If your family likes poke I'd buy this to switch up dinner time

Not a fan. The flavor is not too bad but the texture is horrible. It's turns to mush as soon as it hits your mouth. And just to warn the one's that doesn't really read it. It's not bowl's it's just packet of tuna and sauce. it's not rice bowl included.

I glad I finally found frozen poke again. Tasted great and portions were perfect. Enjoyed how the package had different types and flavors to mix things up. I would recommend put a little sauce on first to taste before pouring whole sauce package. First time I poured whole sauce package and was a little too saucy and couldn't taste nature poke flavor.

Wowza, it's awesome! I was skeptical about purchasing this product… “Ahi Tuna, frozen, priced at ~$3.50 per serving- this can't be good”…. Man, was I wrong; this is really, truly very tasty! Took a packet, placed it in cold water for 20 minutes while cooking quinoa, then used it for a poke bowl. It was great! **Honestly, better quality than poke bowls I've had at nice restaurants!** I'll be buying more to stock in my freezer for a quick, healthy, easy, gourmet meal!
