As a sushi, lover and connoisseur, I was admittedly skeptical. But my sushi addiction is quite costly, so I decided to take a chance on these kits. I was so pleasantly surprised. Made for a super easy weeknight meal that checked the sushi craving box. I've ordered poke bowls from franchise restaurants, and I love that this is literally the same, I can add my own ingredients, and make it even better. This will definitely be on the weekly rotation.

Single serve packets would be better, but this worked fine.

Surprised it was good! I thought after thawing, it would be soggy or slimy but it was perfect! Definitely a must try and keep in stock!

My daughter, who is lactose intolerant has a hard time finding quick, prepared foods that are healthy. These are amazing. It makes two servings. With how they freeze the fish, it defrosts in next to no time in some cool water. We usually always have white rice, and various poke bowl accoutrements. Green onion, avocado, cucumber, whatever random veggies or pairings. A little milk free mayo and sriracha and you’ve got dairy free spicy mayo. Layer it in a bowl with the included sauce and in about 5-10 minutes sure has two servings prepped. One in the fridge for a one minute meal later and the other for that moment.

The tuna is so fresh and delicious. Served it over rice, with avocados, and diced red onions. Also served it as a hand roll. Came together so quickly right out of the freezer; thawed in cold water in 15 minutes. Definitely will be a staple in our home.
