Flavor good but overly salty. And I love to salt so I'm positive it needs adjusting.

Each pack is enough for two people. We love this as a late dinner. Not heavy and filled with clean protein. Serve with salad and a little white rice and it's perfect. I bought 5 boxes so I don't run out.

I made the mistake of smelling the package after it thawed. It's a bit fishy smelling. Tastes ok but the sauces are too salty or too spicy. Maybe use your own sauces…4/10

Bought on a whim and I've only tried the spicy tuna so far, but WOW I'm so impressed!!! It does have a pretty good quick, but it's so much better than I thought!!
