Just a super mega comfy memory foam pillow. It’s not hard like others I’ve tried and doesnt even get flat overtime.

this is my 2nd set. i use one in the car and 2nd one in my wheelchair. they save me a ton of pain.

I love memory foam and this is amazing quality for the price! Very dense but somewhat malleable for the perfect comfort.
