The shampoo effectively removes grease and dandruff while still felling gentle on scalp, leaving it fresh but not stripped. The conditioner rinses out effortlessly, with no heavy residue, which I really appreciate. After drying, the hair feels soft, lightweight, and full of life - definitely not lifeless. It has a natural bounce and healthy shine . It's now my daughter's favorite shampoo and conditioner, which says a lot!

It lathers beautifully and creates moisturizing suds. I have never felt my hair be so moisturized during a washing phase. I was able to detangler my hair while I use the shampoo. I am beyond happy with this product and will continue to use it moving forward. Great job native

Despite my efforts, detangling was a struggle, and my hair felt heavy and coated. I ultimately had to rewash my hair to remove the conditioner and fix the tangles it caused. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the conditioner.

However, I have very fine/thin hair and I seem to have run into a problem where the products left my hair feeling heavy. It also claims to have a detangler in it, but I had a ton of knots in my hair when brushing it out after the shower (more than usual is what I mean). I love Native products, this one just didn't work out for me.
