Hair Loss and Damaged Hair - Do Not Recommend! I had a terrible experience with this shampoo and conditioner set, and I am writing this to warn others. On top of that, this is my third time trying to post a review because it seems the negative ones keep getting taken down. First of all, the packaging is a nightmare. Like many other reviewers have mentioned, the cap was impossible to get off. My husband literally had to use a grinder just to get the safety seal off the bottle. But the absolute worst part was what it did to my hair. Every single time I used it, my hair started falling out in clumps. I have never had a hair loss problem in my life before using Native. I got so concerned until it finally dawned on me that the only thing I had changed was my shampoo and conditioner. As soon as I stopped using it, the clumping stopped. However, the damage is done—my once very long hair is now extremely thin and breaks constantly. The only positive thing I can say is that it smells nice and has a really good scent. Everything else about it is horrible. Thankfully, I bought it at Sam's Club, and they were amazing about the return. They took the opened product back without an issue and gave me a full refund. Save your money and protect your hair—avoid this product!

The size of the bottles are amazing and have lasted me for weeks now. The cashmere and vanilla scent is great too! I do wish the shampoo had a better lather to it but my hair still felt clean in the end.
