The shampoo formula is gentle and non-irritating on my scalp which I like, but I don't really feel like it fully cleanses my hair like I prefer. My coarse hair gets oily very quickly and my results were probably average or a little better. The conditioner doesnt weigh my hair down but it doesnt give me really shiny hair, only soft and less frizzy hair. The products fully rinsed from my hair, I just didn't get that 'wow' factor. I was expecting more of a vanilla musky woody scent and I am mot really picking up any vanilla actually. The scent seems more woody with of something else that is sweet. Maybe that is the vanilla peaking through but it doesn't seem obvious to me. The scent is light and it doesn't linger long. This two pack is very large and it is hard to fit both on the shelf in my shower. If space is an issue, you will need smaller bottles.

They both smell absolutely wonderful, the cashmere & vanilla scent is warm, cozy, and not overly sweet. It's more creamy and lingers well without being overpowering. The shampoo feels like it really cleans my hair and lathers well. The conditioner does feel like it smooths out and softens my hair. My favorite part is the easy to read ingredients list and that they are free of parabens, sulfates, and silicones. This should make it fairly color safe if you tend to dye your hair. Overall, this duo leaves my hair feeling clean without being overly stripped. Instead it tames it, gives it a nice scent, mattes out any oil-related shine, and takes away the heaviness. It's got a little bounce and flow to it after drying.

It makes my hair soft and shiny and detangles very well. I wash my hair every other day with this and it makes my hair feel so much more manageable.

I’m absolutely loving this shampoo/conditioner combo! The shampoo lathers better than any shampoo I’ve ever used— just one pump covers my entire head of long hair. It gently cleanses, rinses out easily, and doesn’t strip my hair at all. The conditioner is creamy and silky, and it leaves my hair soft, healthy, and hydrated. I shower before bed, and I wake up in the morning with no tangles— my hair is so much easier to manage! Both products smell incredible.
