The shampoo was a pleasant surprise. It effectively cleansed my hair, leaving it genuinely clean without any residue. I was impressed by how easy it made detangling my hair, which is usually a challenge for me. It felt conditioning during the wash and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the conditioner was a major disappointment. Immediately after applying it, my hair became tangled and extremely difficult to manage. Despite my efforts, detangling was a struggle, and my hair felt heavy and coated. I ultimately had to rewash my hair to remove the conditioner and fix the tangles it caused. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the conditioner.

I really wanted to love this. All the reviews I read were mostly positive and I love the scent and that it's a more natural product. I've been using this for a few weeks now, and I've noticed my hair has started falling out since I started using this. I had no problems with hair falling out before. It's like clumps at a time every time I shampoo/shower. This product also leaves my hair very greasy. I always shampoo twice and make sure to rinse hair very well, but despite my efforts, this product weighs my hair down and leaves it looking greasy, almost like the product doesn't come out all the way or maybe it just doesn't clean my hair fully. Now I'm stuck with two huge bottles of shampoo/conditioner.. I would not recommend this product based off my experience.

The scent smells clean and fresh, and leaves my hair smelling nice for a long time. It lathers well and really makes me feel like my scalp and hair are being cleaned well. It leaves my hair feeling shiny and smooth. Not to mention, the ingredients are clean and safe because it's Native. I love Native!

The scent is soft , warm, and slightly sweet-very clean and comforting. The consistency is just right, making both products easy to apply and distribute evenly. The shampoo effectively removes grease and dandruff while still felling gentle on scalp, leaving it fresh but not stripped. The conditioner rinses out effortlessly, with no heavy residue, which I really appreciate. After drying, the hair feels soft, lightweight, and full of life - definitely not lifeless. It has a natural bounce and healthy shine . It's now my daughter's favorite shampoo and conditioner, which says a lot!

However, I know my hair doesn't do well with more heavy products and gets frizzy, and that's what happened to my hair (sadly). However, it was shiny and soft as well. Probably good for hair that needs more of a dense product.

The bottles are huge and will surely last you a long time. Also great for the whole family to use. It is nice to see a cheaper brand making value sizes. I am a huge vanilla fan and the scent wasn't bad; a bit strong but I think many people will like it. I like that there are minimal ingredients and you know what most of them are. Decent average cleaning and moisturizing; nothing extraordinary but not bad either. They are what you would expect from a non salon quality brand so I cannot complain. I know is brand makes deodorants but did not know they also make hair products. I would be interested to see if they have any other scents.
