This floral arrangement from Tennessee for my birthday was probably one of the best I’ve ever received. They were extremely fresh and smelled wonderful. The vase that came with it is a great look for this particular arrangement. I’ve never had a bad floral arrangement when ordered through Sam’s Club. Tried to add picture but kept getting error messages. Too bad…😞

Flowers were very beautiful

I have ordered several times and always been impressed. This time was “meh”. Flowers looked a good few days old already. Not as abundant as advertised for 40 stems.

I sent this arrangement to my mother for her birthday and it was disappointing. There were dead and brown flowers that were sent, which is normally not what is received from Sam's Club. I wish I had heeded the warning of some of the other reviews, stating rhe flowers were sub par. These flowers are not the quality you normally would expect.

I sent this arrangement to my mom for Mother’s Day. It was delivered on time. My mom loved the flowers. She said that they’re beautiful. Unfortunately the vase was broken upon arrival. She also said that the flowers were also too big for it even if it wasn’t broken. I’m trying to upload pictures of this but Sans won’t let me for some reason. Thumbs down all the way!

I ordered this Mother's Day bouquet on 04/25/25 to be delivered on 05/09/25, the Friday before Mother's Day. It was never delivered! Fed Ex contacted our mom in a text message stating that she needed to "replace the flower arrangement." The floral vendor won't resond to Sams emails and I still can't get refunded since FedEx cowardly failed to notify the vendor. I want a refund immediately but Sams says they cannot refund unless the vendor responds to their email? Sams policy allos the vendor unlimited time to respond so not only was Mother's Day ruined for our mom, Sams won't refund us. They can see the flowers were never delivered on tracking as well. Terrible floral vendor, terrible Sams policy.

Beware these flowers are not what you get. The look completely different and not full like the show. Flowers are not fresh. Stay a day from them. Go to 1800 flowers. You get what you pay for.
