[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bissel stick vac is great- especially in comparison to an older model Bissel stick vac that I used to have, this one is much better. Pros: it stands on its own (this is such a helpful perk you don’t even realize you need when you have one that doesn’t). Suction is great, it creates a nice seal on the ground. A single pass on an area is generally all you need. For reference, we have laminate floors and a couple area rugs. We have a short hair chihuahua mix who does shed a lot, so we usually have little hairs everywhere. The lights are very bright, which helps you see all the hair you would normally miss, it is also very quiet comparatively. The FurFinder tool is a game changer for couches/upholstery. It really makes it a breeze to get the dog hair off the couch, and the headlights help to make sure you can see the areas that need to be done still. The only thing I would suggest is maybe adding lights on the side of the head as well so you can see more surface area. The vac is a nice weight, and doesn’t feel too heavy in the hand. Another huge perk compared to our old Bissel is that you can buy replacement batteries! Now for the cons: you can’t really get into tight, low spaces because of where the base connects with the head. Next, and this is just a pain point of all cordless vacs it seems, the battery life. I am not able to get through the whole house on full speed on one charge, and my house is not very large. Overall though, this is a wonderful cordless vac and I’m happy to have it. Would definitely get it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder! My overall impression is that it’s a very valuable cleaning tool. We always have a very hard time getting excessive dog hair off the couch, so that was the best test. Not only did it pick up dog hair, it picked up dirt from the crevices very well. Normally there is some remaining hair that just moves around, but this tool really was effective on the upholstery. Not only is the suction powerful, but i also really liked the FurFinder Headlights. You can really see dust in small and dark corners, and makes a big difference. It kinda created a shadow where there was mess remaining and dust, which almost makes cleaning a bit more fun! And we like that it has a wall mount that you can attach all the accessories to - it makes it more convenient in our already full storage area!

My favorite features: Self-standing - super helpful for portability and for charging - really stable as well Headlights - this is extremely useful for both cleaning and finding missing toys and objects under furniture! Built in crevice tool - I love being able to pull this out and make it a hand vac without having to add this attachment Brush roll - I feel like it disengaged less than other brands I’ve used The three speeds are helpful for me as I have low pile washable rugs, high pile carpet, and hardwood. I do wish the highest speed had a little more suction on hardwoods. The fur tool wasn’t 100% effective on my big doggos short hair in our fabric couch, but it definitely made a dent - and I don’t know that any measure of vacuum would be able to clean it entirely. Overall is a great item for cleaning in a household with three kids and three dogs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is lightweight and super easy to assemble — I didn’t even need the manual, which I really appreciated. Who has time to read instructions just to use a vacuum? The built-in light is a standout feature. It helps illuminate dust and fur, especially on wood floors where it’s easy to miss things. The suction is strong and really effective on both carpet and hardwood. It picked up hidden pet fur and dust I didn’t even know was there. I'm curious how it will do over time with longer human hair, but so far so good. That said, the suction level options feel a little unnecessary — I don’t see why I’d want anything less than max unless I’m trying to save battery. On max power it did suck up several pieces of popcorn my kids spilled on the carpet with ease! My only real critique is that I wish the vacuum head were wider. It’s a great size for daily touch-ups and for targeting areas where pet fur collects, but I’ll still rely on my larger vacuum for full-house cleaning sessions. All in all, it’s a solid 4 out of 5 and a great tool to have for mixed flooring and pet owners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always had a love-hate relationship with vacuums, but I think this one finally win me over, and I’m not the only one! My four year old son is obsessed with this vacuum. From the moment I unboxed it he was asking to try it. When I finally relented, he took over like he’d been running it for years, swapping out the various attachments and even figuring out how to take out the bagless canister to dump it, and how to remove and plug in the battery to charge it when he was done. There have been days I’ve had to beg him NOT to vacuum a send or third time that day in fear that my new vacuum would burn up on me before I even got to use it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to using this vacuum, my husband would come home from work and use a broom and dustpan to clean the living room and kitchen floor. (laminate and tile, with a couple of area ruts) The broom does not get up all the dust, and I proved it by using this Bissell. The headlight is excellent at identifying sand, dust, and hair/fur. We have a large dog (she is 80 pounds) and she is short haired but still sheds, she also carries so much dirt/sand on her paws when she comes in. We constantly have to clean the floors to keep them from turning into a beach. I also have long hair and appreciate that it does not get caught up in the brush roll. It makes it so easy to clean the brush roll because hairs are not constantly wrapping around it and tangling. The weight/balance is very ergonomic and it is lightweight. I have back issues, but have no problems using this vacuum. It is easy to maneuver under furniture and has a very low profile. I have been keeping it off to the side in the front room of our house because we constantly reach for it, especially after the dog comes in from being outside. Speaking of the balance, there is also a good balance between the roller head and power unit. The battery is easy to remove and super easy to charge. The suction is surprisingly good, even at the low setting and especially good for its size. I also find the foot release to be convenient and useful. The self standing design is helpful, unlike other stick vacuums that HAVE to be hung from the wall hanger or they topple over. This gives the choice of hanging it on the wall or just standing it up off to the side like I do at the moment. The build is of good quality and feels great to vacuum with. It works well over area rugs, tile, as well as laminate flooring. I love being able to switch between roller heads, as well as removing couch cushions and easily sucking up all the debris that collects on the couch (where the dog loves to sleep!). The canister is easy to remove and clean out and the detachable unit is very handy to pull apart and use. I do have several things that I think would make it better, even though I am extremely happy with it. It would be great to have a battery indicator on the vacuum because the battery runs down and dies sometimes mid vacuum if I have been using it and not charged it in several days. It is not a huge issue for me, but it would be nice for some kind of indicator on the vacuum itself. Also the battery life is decent, but it would be nice if it would last longer on the high power setting. The headlights on the roller unit are fantastic, they show me dust on furniture I didn't realize was there! It would be nice if the wand had some sort of light feature for when the unit is detached and used to spot clean around furniture legs, baseboards, and cracks/crevices. It is in no way a deal breaker, because I can spot clean without a light (the roller light has spoiled me). headlights on lower unit are fantastic, it would be nice if the wand also had a light feature for when you detach and use to clean around furniture legs, at baseboards, cracks/crevices. All in all, I highly recommend this product and it has become a staple in my household. I am amazed at how much dirt/dust/debris/animal hair we were missing with the broom. it makes things so much easier now when I have to mop. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok first of all I LOVE this vacuum. It feels very sturdy and well made. I love that it can stand up on its own. I love the way you empty the tank. I love that the primary roller head can smoothly go from carpet to hard flooring without changing heads or making weird sounds and doing a great job on both surfaces. I didn’t think I would like the light but I actually LOVE it. I don’t understand how I’ve been vacuuming without it this whole time. The fur finder tool is wild. I had recently vacuumed and went over it again with this and got a lot more than expected. The main drawback for me is how heavy it is. I cannot use the shorter attachment tools one handed to clean crevices in the couch. I need two hands to support the weight of it and then I can’t spread the cushions well enough. I also really wish the handle was telescoping. Especially using the fur finder tool. I used a bit of elbow grease while doing it to really get in there and you really have to stoop down to get at the right angle. If the tube part could extend, you’d be able to stand up straight AND you’d have better leverage on it. I also kinda wish there were a couple more tools with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several stick vacuums, including a Shark and a Dyson and this Bissell is the top contender! A huge difference from the Dyson is that you do not have to continuously hold a trigger for the vacuum to run. You just push a power button and there is a plus and minus button if you need more power and the vacuum does its job. The light on the front of the vacuum is a game changer. I could see every crumb and piece of hair with that light. It works great in daylight or with lights on and I oddly even enjoyed vacuuming in the dark because I felt like I could just see every little thing! The vacuum stands up great. Sometimes the stick vacuums are wobbly or don’t seem sturdy and that is not the case with this one. The battery life is long and it charges quickly. I also like how light it is to carry from room to room. My husband even started vacuuming! My young kids can use it! And they also enjoy it! It is easy to use and effective - basically all you could want in a stick vacuum!

Our home has mostly hardwood floors with a couple of area rugs and two smaller rooms with wall-to-wall carpeting. The first thing I did was use the vacuum on the area rug in the living room and I was shocked at how much fur and dirt the vacuum was able to get up (on the default middle suction setting). It also worked amazingly well on the hardwood floors and it was very satisfying to see those dust bunnies get sucked up. The fur finder tool was very convenient to use on upholstery and did a great job removing fur that seemed to be embedded in the fabric. I especially liked using it under the cushions of our leather couch because I usually just ignore that area since it's almost impossible to get the fur off, but now I can clean it! The headlights were my favorite feature and I was shocked at how much fur was around the house that I couldn't even see. I don't ever want to vacuum without headlights again! It's also so nice that the stick can go flat to the floor so it's easy to get underneath beds or sofas. It is really convenient that it is self-standing and it was super easy to put together right out of the box. We utilized the wall mount in our laundry room which is a really easy way to store it and charge it. The tangle-free brush roll is very important in our house as my daughter and I both have longer hair that tends to get wrapped around vacuum brushes - but not this one! It's also very easy to empty. I am obsessed with this vacuum and I am cleaning more than ever because I actually enjoy using it - and so do my kids!
