Not worth the money. The idea of a battery vacuum is nice and convenient but unfortunately this one needs more improvements. The battery dies quickly. I have a house a little over 1000 sq ft and all hardwood/tile, this vacuum does not pick up dirt and dog hair like other vacuums I have used in the past. I vacuum my home everyday. I literally turned off the lights in my dining room and vacuumed using the vacuum headlights; I saw it missing alot of dirt and hairs that I have to go back over a few times for it to pick up. I even tried to empty the dirt canister and make sure it’s empty and not inhibiting the suction but still it’s the same. The description says the battery last 100 minutes between the two batteries, unfortunately for the batteries I had, they lasted about 8 minutes each. I would fully charge them each time before use. I tried to love this vacuum for the last 2 weeks but it’s unfortunately not doing the job and I had to return it. If you’re looking for a vacuum to do very light vacuuming, this might work for you. But if you’re looking to actually vacuum your home, this one will be disappointing and you’ll most likely regret this purchase.

as Ive gotten older I knew I couldnt carry my vacuum up and down stairs so I bought this but Im frustrated because I took it apart to clean and I cant get it back together again. I just moved so this is really annoying. I guess Ill look up you tubr to see if there is a video but the instruction book sucks

Returning this as on Turbo mode which I have to use it would take me all day long to get my house vacuumed as it only lasts 10 minutes. I have a 3000 sqft house so this is not feasible. If you have a smaller house and alot of it was hardwood floors it would get a great vacuum.

I am very happy with the ability to pickup dog hair,dirt & debris!! The light on the unit helps to make the smallest particles visible, then the powerful suction gets it all! The ability to go from floors to upholstery is such a great time saver. The only small issue is the battery run life but I just purchased a second battery pack so it doesn't slow me down!!

Love the light, I can see everything on the floor that needs to be vacuumed! Super lightweight!!

Works great! And it’s not terribly loud.

Hopefully this one last longer than the last 2 Bissell vac’s, It’s a bit more heavy.

It did not do the job to my satisfaction. It left big crumbs and I was having to go over the same spot multiple times. Not very good on rugs either. I will be trying to sell since I can’t return it because I threw the box away.

I did a lot of research before choosing this vacuum and I wish I'd gone with the cheaper stick one. This one's heavier than I'd anticipated, making it a little difficult with nerve damage in my dominant arm and the product page indicates a battery life of 40 minutes. Yeah, if it's on low! The default strength is medium and perfect for my hardwood- floored ranch- style home. If I really rush, I can get it all done in the actual, 20- minute battery life. Wanna use it on high? Better be quick cuz you only have 12 minutes! I don't understand the supposed regular price of this vacuum with the weight and battery life that's no better than a swiffer sweep'n vac. The light's pretty cool though! You can see EVERYTHING on your floor! Having a German Shepherd, I dry swiffer and use my Bissell Zing (corded, which is why I bought this thing) every day and was HORRIFIED to see what I saw! Hopefully, it'll grow on me.
