[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With three cats in a small house things can get pretty furry, especially since many of my friends also bring their dogs over when they visit. This vacuum has a lot of pros and very few cons. I’ve always belonged to a household that has one of those high end and very expensive name brand stick vacuums and honestly this Bissel FurFinder out preformed it on hardwood. It picked up fur and debris (including cat litter) with ease! While the suction isn’t as powerful as my original vacuum making deep cleans of high pile carpet unlikely, it is still great for area rugs and really does remove shed fur. The attachments were also fantastic for removing fur from my couch and carpeted steps. The headlights were very useful on hardwood for finding debris but less useful on carpet. I really liked the self standing design and love how easy it is to empty the waste canister! Overall this is a great product that I am so happy to have added to my household!

So it’s marketed for pet owners, which I am not lol BUT I do have a toddler who makes crazy messes & I do shed like crazy (thanks post partum hair loss!!) so it def puts in work. We have mostly hardwood floors and a few rugs scattered here and there and it’s been great on all surfaces. My old stick vac was not that great w the living room rug and I’d have to get out my big corded vacuum for that but I don’t have to with the Bissell stick vac! Again, while I don’t have pet hair to deal with, I do need a vacuum that can pick up (my) hairs from all the rugs and this does a great job. My fave part of all is that it’s not a brush roller, so I don’t have to deal with hair getting stuck in it! I also like it was 3 levels of power at my fingertips, so I can modify as needed which is nice bc my big vacuum has the level changer on the bottom by the roller so it was a pain. I really appreciate vacuums that have headlights bc it makes finding those tiny crumbs & debris so much easier. I actually prefer vacuuming in the dark so I can see the debris even better! lol Super easy user friendly stick vac that I highly recommend!!

The vacuum is super simple to use, including charging. It has incredible lights that make a huge difference in seeing and being able to vacuum up everything on the floor, especially what you can’t and don’t always see. My favorite feature has to be the ability to stand the vacuum upright on its own. The time to charge the battery is reasonable however, I am surprised how quickly the battery lasts before needing to be recharged. This has been a great addition to our everyday cleaning routine at the house and think this would be a great and affordable option in terms of a stick vacuum!

My first impression was that it looked oddly top-heavy with the dust chamber at the top of the vacuum when fully assembled, but once I began using the vacuum, I didn't find it awkward at all. In fact, it's easier and smoother to maneuver than the other full-sized vacuums I own. With 2 dogs, a cat, and a toddler, we have plenty of hair and dirt to clean up! We mostly have hardwood floors in my home, which the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder cleans up easily in no time. I also found it effective on upholstery where extra pet hair tends to gather quickly. I also was surprised that I loved the FurFinder Headlights so much! I didn't think they would make a big difference, but the lights really highlighted where I needed to point the vaccum, especially since my floors are darker wood. I'm not a huge fan of vaccuming, but the ease of use of the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder makes doing a quick run through cleaning up after my pets a breeze.

We have a combination of wood floors, tile, and carpet in our home, which was a great environment to put it to the test. Overall, it worked very well on all surfaces. The different power modes allowed me to feel in control when switching surfaces or going over heavy traffic areas such as the entry, mud room, and kitchen. My favorite feature is the headlight, it is very bright and really allows you to see what you are cleaning and leaves you satisfied knowing that you have left the surface spotless. I never actually knew how dirty our floor was without ever having used a vacuum with a headlight. We have two heavy shedding cats in our home, and I never noticed how much hair they truly left on on our floors until using this stick vacuum. I was not only pleased at how well the Bissell Furfinder picked up the pet hair amongst everything else, I was thrilled that I could confirm the floor was clean by knowing the headlight gave me proof. I was also very satisfied on how it worked on all three different flooring surfaces in our home. Although the vacuum worked very well in the lowest suction setting, I liked the fact that I could really ramp up the suction if needed and it wouldn’t run out of battery before finishing. I have about 2000 square feet of flooring in our home, and I think I could vacuum the entire house twice on one charge. The collecting canister is rather large as well and could technically handle several full cleanings without being emptied. Other things I noticed was that it made a great upholstery cleaner as well. The included upholstery head attachment worked really well on our couches and vehicles. The suction is very powerful and the battery lasts for what feels like forever. Lastly, I really liked the tangle free brush roll feature. I never had to worry about untangling the head as it effortlessly handled the copious amount of pet hair on our floors. If I had to take a break, the vacuum stands on its own as well. This was great so I didn’t have to lean it against something where it could fall. Overall, this vacuum has been a blessing in my home and makes keeping up with everyday cleaning a breeze.

It looked stylish while promising great functionality. Attachments & Versatility The vacuum comes with multiple attachments to cater to different cleaning needs. I most frequently use the motorized brush attachment for sweeping my stairs, while the crevice and brush tool are combined into one, reducing accessory clutter. The main brush attachment works well on hardwood, tile, and carpeted rooms, including a large area rug in my living room. The three different power settings allow for effective cleaning across various surfaces. Battery Life & Charging The battery charges quickly, but a single charge does not last long enough to clean my stairs, kitchen, den, and living room in one go. Dustbin & Filter System The dustbin is small but easy to empty. Some debris tends to get stuck near the rim and can fall to the floor if not careful. The washable filters are a great feature for easy maintenance. Comfort & Weight The battery compartment and handle feel heavy, making prolonged use a bit tiring. There are a few things I love about this vacuum, the headlight and the no tangle brush. We go from hardwoods to area rugs throughout our house and this really worked great. The main thing I did not like was that I felt like I needed to have the vacuum on the highest setting for it to pick up what I needed it to and because of that. The battery only lasted for a couple of rooms in my house. Not ideal.

Here is why: - It is quiet (my daughter didn't even turn up the TV) - It is powerful (and I only use the lowest level) - It sucks up even larger debris (bye bye cereal and annoying onion peals) - It has a light, which really highlights the dust and hair (I didn't realize how dirty my floor were) - It stands by itself (it is well balanced, considering that it is top heavy) - I don't have to hold the button to keep it running - yeah!! - It pulls in dust and hairs, even when not in direct contact and therefore cleans super close to walls and cabinets - It rolls so smooth and quietly over my hardwood floor due to the use of rubber wheels - It fits under my couch (hello - dog toy, I haven't seen you in weeks) - Battery life is awesome: I did the entire downstairs on one charge (=1500sq f) and it was still going - Of course, it uses a battery, so no need to have to deal with a cord and constant unplugging to be able to reach another corner There are a couple down sides, but they weren't as important to me: - It is heavier than others. However, with the smooth wheels this is not an issue to roll around - Emptying the cylinder is a two-step process (remove the top filter and clean it, then dump the barrel to empty) Used on hardwood floor, a few runners and dog beds.

A huge difference from the Dyson is that you do not have to continuously hold a trigger for the vacuum to run. You just push a power button and there is a plus and minus button if you need more power and the vacuum does its job. The light on the front of the vacuum is a game changer. I could see every crumb and piece of hair with that light. It works great in daylight or with lights on and I oddly even enjoyed vacuuming in the dark because I felt like I could just see every little thing! The vacuum stands up great. Sometimes the stick vacuums are wobbly or don’t seem sturdy and that is not the case with this one. The battery life is long and it charges quickly. I also like how light it is to carry from room to room. My husband even started vacuuming! My young kids can use it! And they also enjoy it! It is easy to use and effective - basically all you could want in a stick vacuum!

I have another cordless vacuum that I've had for years and kind of thought was the gold standard but I think I found my new favorite in this one. On hard surfaces both even wood floors and uneven tiles I found very little debris remaining. We have two dogs and two small children so there's always a mess somewhere on my floors. The fur finder tool really impressed me removing pet hair from my couch throw pillows and oversized floor pillows that my kids lie on. It's so easy to use and store that I do feel like it has made my cleaning routine quicker and more efficient. I do think my absolute favorite feature is the headlight. Pushing this vacuum under surfaces that are low to the ground and hard to see beneath the headlight was a game changer. With other vacuums I feel like I'm constantly rolling it back under because I pull it out and then notice more debris remaining. With this vacuum I could see the debris location with the headlight and suck it up immediately. Overall, the vacuum is very easy to use, Charges easily stays upright, doesn't tip over and holds a charge well. I'm really impressed!
