Ok on hard floors but still misses a lot- suction on carpet is terrible. I think is only made for low pile- I have medium pile & it barely brushes the carpet, looks not vacuumed. Also difficult to take apart for the pieces & not impressed with the way the pieces work at all!

A great vacuum for the price. Bissell has been my go - to product line for vacs. They have good suction if you keep the filters clean. This is my first battery powered stick. Glad it comes with 2 batteries. When you turn the power on, it goes to a set speed. You can turn it up higher, but will drain battery life quicker. So far used 4 times. Battery life on a hard floor maybe 20 m. Using on carpet uses battery quicker as you may need to use it on high. There is no height level for wheels. I did not put the bracket on the wall for hanging. This stands in a corner of closet very well. I haven't used the attachments yet. When you first get it the battery may seem fully charged, but found charging it over night gave it the full running time. You can take the battery out of slot holder and charge it or plug it in while in the vacuum battery holder (attached to machine). It swivels like a Dyson pretty much without the big ball style. A family member has a plug in brand, but are impressed with this Bissell when they come over!

I am a big Bissell fan. I have so many Bissell products. This little vacuum is by far my favorite. I have three cats that are afraid of everything. This vacuum is pretty quiet and does a great job. It does not scare the cats and cleans up the litter in carpet. The only issue i have is I wish the battery lasted linger. Other then that I live it.

I finally decided to upgrade from my Shark Rocket, and I’m so happy I went with this one. It cleans better despite having a less-powerful motor. The light is fantastic for spotting dirt and dust, the head swivels easily, it doesn’t get stuck in the locked position like the Shark does, and it’s truly self-standing. I can leave it anywhere! The FurFinder tool is ultimately what sold me on this vs other brands. It’s everything I wished upholstery tools were. My only complaint is that the battery life is pretty short if you need to use the highest setting, like I do for rugs and carpet. I’m going to have to get a second one if I want to do my whole apartment in one go (for reference: 1500 sq ft, a few rugs, carpeted stairs, but mostly hard surfaces.) Despite that, I think this vacuum is worth it.

It was okay at first but the battery dies quickly and the brush roller seized up within 2 months. I would not buy again.

I love my FurFinder!!! The light is amazing! Had a Dyson, but this Bissell Fur Finder is much better!!!

I wanted to love this vacuum but it just isn't worth the money. It's fine for quick jobs but it's useless on anything but the highest power setting. I'm used to noticeable carpet lines after vacuuming and this one barely leaves a mark.

Very disappointed in this stick vacuum cleaner it is not powerful at all. Half the time doesn't even come on. The battery. Doesn't last very long at all. waste of money.

This is the third vacuum I’ve bought this year to handle my household critters. It is FABULOUS!!! Even handles the once a week cleaning, and that’s a lot! Love it!

I've had this thing for 3 months and the brush broke and they were going to try to charge me for a new brush! If this is a common thing the it is a product flaw and should be revamped!
