Definitely a disappointment and would not recommend

The battery takes hours to charge and doesn't last more than 20 minutes

I love Bissell products! This stick vacuum is lightweight but mighty. The flexible head gets into tight spaces easily. The canister is a little small, but emptys easily. Using turbo setting definitely drains the battery, but I purchased an extra battery and they recharge quickly. Love not having to wrangle with a cord! Easy to switch out accessories.

Things I absolutely love: 1) the charging stand hooks to the wall which holds the vacuum up and automatically charges in between uses (you can charge separately if desired). 2) it has a light on the front of the vacuum. This really helps me to see all the fine pet hair that I would have otherwise missed. It really helps you tell if you got all the hair or not. 3) the attachments: I love the handheld vacuum attachment. it works so well for getting pet hair off the couch or smaller messes my kids make. Things to note: battery life: it definitely is sufficient for me, but does drain faster than I would have anticipated. I have enough power to get through my areas, but the backup battery might be needed for bigger houses/bigger jobs. Small container capacity: this is due to it being lightweight and portable, but you will need to dump more frequently. Overall, I love how lightweight, efficient, and quick it is.

So far it works great, but the charge does NOT last 40 mins. Not even close. I have 2 cats and a pug. We LIVE in pet hair. I was hoping this would be a whole home clean kind of product. I am currently waiting for it to recharge so I can finish my housework...

Virtually eliminated the need for our nasty broom. Cleans the car really well too!! Plenty of power and perfect for our needs! Highly recommended for price point.

I really like the power clean fur finder stick vacuum. It has good power cleans up all the fur from my 2 aussie boy and is very quiet. This stick vacuum is my favorite and I've tried several other's would definitely recommend this one.
