My husband is so pleased with the craft ice feature bc he makes Old Fashioneds and the ice balls are perfect! The tap screen has been so helpful for my kids who love to open and close the fridge on a regular basis too. And the double front door? It's everything!

The refrigerator is solid, the design is well thought out. The counter depth measurements were a perfect fit, although we had to pull the fridge out about 4 more inches so the two door would swing open enough to pull the main drawer out. The only issue I have is the ice has a funny taste. Not the water, so it’s not the filter. It’s just the ice from the door ice maker. Would like to know if this is a known issue, how long it lasts and is it harmless. It’s a tad annoying but we’re hoping it will resolve itself eventuallly.

We replaced a 22 cubic ft, counter depth with the LG counter depth max. After having it for a month, we are very happy with it. The extra storage space is a huge improvement and it doesn't seem to stick out any farther. All three ice makers have been producing more than enough ice, even when we have company over, which was a massive issue with the Samsung. The door-in-door feature, I thought was ridiculous at first however, I use it more than I expected for condiments and sauces. The only odd thing about the fridge is not having door handles, but we've gotten used to it quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it. The only thing that really bothers me is the flip out stanchion that seals the freezer and refrigerator doors. Also the condiments in the doors rattle and clank very badly when the doors close. Overall, seems to be working well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure: I was skeptical when making this purchase. I read a lot of reviews, checked pricing, you name it. I have been happy with my decision. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the decision behind the LG support model. I was concerned when - after day 4 - the Craft Ice maker had not resulted in any Craft Ice. The instructions state 48 hours. When I opened a ticket with LG, the response was to send.me a video. A video that did not help me, as the model in video was different than mine. Eventually craft ice did drop, but the model from LG is concerning. When not call me and we can walk through my concerns together?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the most spacious counter-depth refrigerators I have ever owned. I have had four before this and my previous one was also an LG from about eight years ago. The ice maker has a lot of capacity and it makes four kinds of ice (I love the tiny cubes for my drinks). If you drink anything requiring ice balls, then this is your fridge. The door is cool (no pun intended) since you can just knock on it and it shows you the interior pretty clearly. It is a nice to have feature but the space of the interior and the ice types (which don't take away too much from the freezer space) are what really sold me on this refrigerator.

It also has a lot more space than my previous LG counter depth one. Why 3 stars: 1) Fingerprints - this fridge is a fingerprint magnet 2) Doors came severely out of alignment. I had to call LG to get additional shims as the 2 included were not enough. 3) Not specific to this new fridge, but my last LG knock knock fridge only lasted 4 years and 2 months before dyeing. I question the reliability of the LG brand - time will tell.

This 26 cubic foot refrigerator has every cool feature and upgrade; way exceeding my expectations. First of all, this is a counter depth refrigerator so it looks so nice in my kitchen because it's aligned with my counters and doesn't stick out past them -- this creates a smooth a polished look in my kitchen. Next, you can see inside of the refrigerator without even opening the doors -- how great is that and what a great energy saver! Did I mention this was a quiet refrigerator? No more loud refrigerator noise which is such a small thing, but an important feature. I love the french doors and there's plenty of room inside to store all my food. The spacious interior is what I love the most. I can also make four different types of ice cubes and the ice and water dispenser is tall so I can use larger bottles to fill with no problems. Lastly, the stainless steel is beautiful to look at and the look screams 'expensive' though the refrigerator runs at a great price. I couldn't be happier with this new fridge!!!
