[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got our fridge and love it. My 2 complaints though are the left door SLAMs even with ensuring balancing of the door. The other thing was the glass door sits just a little lower than the right door. We adjusted the left door all the way down and added THREE spacers to the right and its still a little off. Outside of that i love the ice and capacity. I wish you could solve for the slamming left door

Beautiful fridge, spacious, quiet and very functional. Craft ice maker takes time, but love the big ice cubes. I gave it 3 stars because every couple of weeks I get a 1F error and the water dispenser and ice dispenser won't work. To get the fridge to work again I have to unplug it for a couple of minutes and then plug it in again. It will work fine for a while, then after a week or two the process needs to be repeated.

FYI the extra ice bragged about here means less freezer & refrigerator space. The shelves in the refrigerator are closer together and the only way to store a gallon milk jug is on the second shelf with half of the top shelf collapsed. Again FYI LG milk isn't supposed to be store on the door. It takes so incredibly long to make enough craft ice its' existence is meaningless.

The new LG fridge came with a light off under right door first, then the ice was never made after 48 hours, then the door alarm kept beeping so we had to plug out the power. The fridge has been returned, we would never use LG again and I will tell everyone I know about this story. So terrible product that made us have 2 weeks without fridge to use!

Love the look and no handle design. The water and ice dispenser are messier than my other LG refrigerator. The ice shoots out with force and doesn’t always ring the glass. I love being able to easily see what is in the refrigerator and also the front of the mirrored door opens without opening the entire door to allow access to what is in the door. I find this very convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One month and it is broken already! My freezer stopped working, then turned back on but keeps telling my ice is stuck, then it says door is open. And the door is closed. Has an app that tells you to dump ice if not used regularly, but it can’t tell you the freezer is defrosted as an alert? Now my food in freezer is wasted, as I didn’t find out until I went into freezer.

We love our new refrigerator! We get ice for all our drinks, and this fridge has 4 different types! The spherical Craft Ice ice is so fun to use when we have guests over and we love using the mini cubed ice for everyday use. The fridge has a very sleek look inside and out and we like the minimalist look of having no visible door handles. The water dispenser also looks very nice with just a few touch sensitive buttons (all the operational buttons for the fridge are on the inside).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for about 6 months and love it. We go through a lot of ice and water and this fridge delivers. With the craft ice lasting for hours. My only issue is the glass does collect fingerprints but that was not a surprise and was a tradeoff we liked versus the SS door. We like to be able to see inside and use the outer door routinely. We still comment on how much we love this fridge!

Has not cooled for three months since purchase on 08/10/2024 for new home refrigerator. Outside contractor stated he could not fix it: LG tech has replaced 6 major parts; still does not work. Presidential liaison is sending the LG tech again on 11/27/2024. Can not have a Thanksgiving dinner in new house with new appliances
