Purchased online, received Intuit code in less than 30 minutes, and downloaded. Everything worked.

Like another reviewer stated, TurboTax is not my favorite but there's not much else out there for S-corp taxes. Every year the price goes up by at least ten bucks, and this year there was no sale price on this software version while other versions were almost twenty dollars off throughout January. Oh well, it's better than paying a tax preparer a grand to do the same thing I'm doing with TurboTax, and I have yet to find a preparer that will give me tips on saving money. They just want to plug in numbers and get their cut. So, TurboTax it is until I can find a better option.

Purchased this online and got my link to download within about an hour. Worked just fine. I don't love turbotax because it is overpriced; the state forms are basically do it yourself and educate yourself. For what you are paying and for what it is supposed to be, it is not too great. But unfortunately it is the best option out there for doing S Corp taxes, unless you hire a tax preparer. But in my experience most tax preparers are prone to mistakes and are not very knowledgeable. So if I have to go back and correct the mistakes of a tax preparer, I am better off to just do it myself with turbotax.

Worked well, till I went to e-file my second return and it said I had reached my e-file limit, but looks like it did e-file it. Will wait and see. I would buy something else, this seems shady. It is activated on my intuit account, Turbotax is having major issue with multiple programs this year! Of course no refund available and classic support knows nothing about it.

This was one of the most frustrating purchases I've made in a long time. I bought TurboTax Business through Sam's Club expecting a usable tax software product. Instead, I ended up with software that is completely unusable unless you have a Windows desktop—something that is not clearly disclosed in a meaningful way on the product page. There is: • ❌ No Mac compatibility • ❌ No ability to use it on mobile • ❌ No workaround once purchased So unless you happen to have the exact setup this software requires, you're stuck with a product you literally cannot use. What makes this worse is Sam's Club's response. Their customer service was completely unhelpful and unwilling to take accountability for selling a product that many customers will not be able to use. Despite the software never being installed or used, they refused to issue a refund and hid behind a blanket “no returns on software” policy. That is not customer service—that's passing the problem to the customer after the sale is made. At a minimum, Sam's Club should: • Clearly and prominently disclose system requirements before purchase • Take responsibility when a product is unusable for a customer • Offer refunds in situations where the software cannot be used at all Instead, you're left paying for something you can't install, can't access, and can't return. Between the outdated limitations of the software and Sam's Club's poor handling of the situation, this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Buyers beware—you may be paying for something you can't even use, and don't expect any help if that happens.

It works fine for a complex trust if there are no distributions. However, if there is a distribution of any of the corpus of the trust, you will have to override some of the forms to keep from paying taxes on the corpus. In my case, taxes are only due on the trust's income, not on the body of the trust. I infomred TurboTax of this error 5 years ago, but they obviously have done nothing to fix it. Not recommended unless you know what you are doing and can override the erroneous entries. Also, this is Federal filing only. I had to pay $40 to get my state forms and had to manually submit them since TT could not e-file my state return.

Product works as expected, at least from experience in years past but avoid ordering it here. The digital code never gets emailed. Not in junk folder, tried having it resent from synnex, still haven't received. Customer service hasn't been able to assist or refund money

Be aware…..Missed that this is only for PC. I only have a MAC. TurboTax does not have a MAC version of this at all. I guess turbo tax doesn't want Mac users to use their software. Costs $400 to do it online. No refunds for this item since its digital. So I'm out $150 or I have to go borrow someone's PC.

I've been a loyal Sam's AND turbo tax customer for over 20 years. WOW, they realy let me down this year and its going to cost me hundreds of dollars. I am a small business guy (farming) and have 4 "S" corps. Need the email and code to file extensions, yest nothing but a credit card charge as of 2004 (8:04 pm). I went to TWO physical store locations TODAY and could not get help. Don't walk away from this, RUN RUN RUN!!!

Do not buy online. Email with product download never came through. It's not available in club. I went in and they eventually gave me a refund but it wasn't easy to convince them. I had better luck last year buying from amaz0n.
