[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never tried Drakkar Noir until now. I like it, but it is a little stronger than I would usually go with. My best description is that it is a combination of the woods (think pine trees), some spices, & a little bit of citrus (possibly lemon) scents. I wouldn't say it's light enough for daytime events, but it should work well in the evenings. I did like that they included two samplers so that I could try it several times before making a decision about purchasing.

I would recommend to "try before you buy" for the younger generation- I personally love it (Maybe due to age and memories)

The only thing is that it smells dated and my wife hates it. The samples came in a great package.
