[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased our counter-depth refrigerator 2 weeks ago and am very pleased. We had a similar model which we replaced and I really like the upgrades in this machine. Love the larger produce drawers, our previous had 3 small verses 2 regular size. I think I will enjoy an icemaker in the freezer and the craft ice come summer. Would have given 5 stars but one negative is slightly narrower shelves (some) on the doors. Also still getting plastic taste in the water, which should resolve soon. Overall, great machine.

Had this fridge for a month now and so far I love it! Counter depth is smaller inside, so if it’s just 2-3 people using it’s just fine. Be aware that tall bottles of anything don’t fit upright. We’re just going to start buying shorter things (ketchup, salad dressing, etc.). Be patient with the craft ice! It will stock up. It took about a week for freezer to get to the right temperature to start making the ice, and it is very clear when putting the spheres in a drink! We don’t use craft ice everyday, so after a month there is quite a stockpile! And, both ice makers are pretty quiet.

However we have never been able to get the WiFi feature to work nor was the repair person. It does not come with any place to store butter nor does it come with an egg rack. The storage shelves on the door with the ice maker could be made larger to hold bigger bottles. Almost useless. There is almost 1 3/4inches of space between the door shelf and the interior shelves. The specialty ice make in the lower freezer compartment makes nice ice rounds but they take forever. You maybe get 3 - 6 rounds per day if you are lucky. If you want to use them for a party you need to plan well in advance. The extra pull out drawer is very nice and is great to store cheese and meats. It does keep every nice and cold. The freezer compartment is very nice and holds lot of frozen items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is it a beautiful addition to our kitchen but the doors and drawers are extremely functional. The dual ice makers are an added plus especially when you have guests. Clean-up is a snap inside and out. Best refrigerator I have ever owned.

Features we love: door in door; “4th drawer”; roomy shelves; deep produce bins; ice maker; water/ice dispenser; and overall appearance. Everytime i open the fridge, I am so happy we decided on this model.

Had it for a month. Everything works as expected. Wish there was a little more space in convenience door. Ice machines are great although a little slow.

Beautiful fridge with great features. Only negative is the ice maker in the door, it often gets jammed with chunks of ice, which requires the removal of the entire ice compartment to be removed to dislodged the ice cubes. Poorly designed feature.
