Beautiful refrigerator, however it does not properly cool. This is our 2nd brand new refrigerator in less than a year. The 1st one was replaced as it didn't cool properly. This new one was repaired 2 months after owning it and now is on it's 2nd repair. I WILL NEVER BY ANOTHER LG REFRIGERATOR AGAIN!

Apparently the nicer you but don’t make it better quality. Luckily it was under warranty and the complaint that Came to fix it did a great job. The newer refrigerators don’t last long enough but i do love the space

It is definitely a bit small since it is a counter depth compared to my old one but I have gotten used to the reduced space. Has such a great built in sleek look. Makes it worth the reduced size. Love the craft ice balls. They are so cool. Drinks tend to hold their flavor for a long time with them. Knock knock door and light is a cool option. Would definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I purchased this! It is quite roomy (even the counter depth model!), bright and functional! I only gave it 4 stars because of the ice maker. The space saving ice maker in the door has very little space so it makes less quantity of ice vs previous models I've had. So, keep that in mind if you use a lot of ice. The ice is also quite small so it melts fast in drinks. So it's a good thing the fridge makes craft ice balls for drinks. I also love the convenient quick access door <3 Overall I'm quite happy with my purchase!

The double-tap door view is a great idea, and the quick access for frequently used items saves cooling costs. The water access dispenser is smart, and convenient. As for the storage room, it has more than enough for your groceries or special/oversized dishes. Finally, it is so quiet, no rattling or humming, you'll never know it's there.

Love the “chiller drawer” craft ice to keep my bourbon cool, is amazing. Nice counter width with so much room inside! I highly recommend this to refrigerate all of your fresh food needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in December 2020. It has given me issues with the craft ice maker not working. I’ve called LG out to the house 3 times since. It also makes a loud noise from the fan which is not normal. As far as looks, it’s very nice. Maybe I just received a bad one out of the crop, so I do not recommend.

The unit has performed well and we've found the design to be functional and flexible. The center "flex" drawer is particularly useful. We had a minor issue with our ice maker and LG support was proactive, friendly, and quickly took ownership of the issue.

It has only about 3 weeks but craft ice is not fully round yet and the balls crack apart when put in liquid. I would recommend but probably better options for the money.
