Hello Angelina, Thank you for choosing Arctic Zone and for taking the time to write a review of our Arctic Zone PRO 16-Can Zipperless Cooler. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issues or concerns you have. Something most consumers may not know is that a cooler’s performance is directly related to the amount of ice placed inside it. This is the same for coolers all across the market. Results will also vary according to the ambient temperature, which is the temperature outside the bag and in the bag before filling. Many factors can impact the length of time any items stay cold or frozen, including the type of ice. Cubed ice is best, similar to what is available at most corner stores or service stations. Also, the starting temperature of the contents, the temperature surrounding the ice, etc. can all impact the melting point. Ice packs or ice substitutes with a lower freezing point are preferable on extra hot days and starting with already cold contents. Ice packs or ice substitutes can also focus the cold better than loose ice cubes. If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us, and we will be able to help you get the best performance from your cooler. Thank you.
