Flavor wasn't too bad, but it was a little too sweet for me, especially without anything of substance to breakup the sweetness (ex: veggies or protein). Beyond that, it comes in two bowels (about the size of a large palm) with prefilled packs. Great for lunch on the go, but not a family meal. Terrible value in my opinion. You get more sauce than anything.

I think if I would have added some chicken and maybe some corn it wouldnt have been as spicy! Definitely going to try to mix it up with some protein next time! I liked that the directions were on the bowl and that you could heat it up in the plastic bowl. Since I was at home I heated it up in a glass bowl and it heated evenly! The ingredients seemed fresh and it all mixed up very well once it was heated.

I found that adding some soy sauce and a tablespoon or two of water definitely helped to balance it out a bit. I thought the texture of the noodles were nice and chewy and they cooked very well. It would be super easy to add any protein like chicken or shrimp, or even some vegetables, to make this a more protein/fiber filled meal. These definitely aren't my favorite noodles I've tried, but with some additions/tweaks they're perfectly fine for a quick and convenient meal.

Worst udon I've ever purchased. These taste like they're in a sweet chili sauce. The plastic bowls these come in started to burn and melt in under 2 minutes in the microwave. Would not buy again

These are surprisingly good! A couple of things: 1. The sauce is good but too sweet for me. The next time I will only use maybe half of the packet. 2. The directions say to make it directly in the bowl provided. I followed the directions and a portion of the bowl melted. Hence only 4 stars. Make it in a microwave safe bowl. 3. This could easily level up by adding protein like rotisserie chicken. This will be a repeat purchase for me, I really like it.

This was so sweet it was like eating noodles covered in corn syrup. The udon noodles itself was good, it had a nice chewy texture but the sauce was just so incredibly sweet I actually had to dump it out in a strainer and hose it off with water to eat it. This had good reviews %26 everyone has different tastebuds but it was way too sweet for me.

I really expected actual veggies in here, not dried flakes. And for the price to not include protein is crazy. won't be buying again.
