This shelving was great quality. Easy to follow directions to put together but suggest this is a 2 person project to make assembly easy for ladies. My daughter and I put these shelves together in minimal time. The shelving is top quality and a great price. My daughter had purchase shelving from a home improvement store and liked these better. Also the shelf liners were a welcomed added bonus.

Very Durable, High Quality Shelving. Very simple to put together. Because of the weight of the box, it's best to open it outside and bring in each shelf instead of lifting the heavy box. Wasn't an issue for me. It took less than an hour to put together. Would definitely buy again!

Heavy unit but an absolute pain to put together. They provide you with half tabs that are to be placed around the poles. You have to use two per pole. As soon as you start sliding the shelf over these tabs they pop off. Very frustrating especially with today’s technology they can’t figure out a much easier method. Also, know there are very sharp pieces on the shelves so wear heavy protective gloves when assembling. THIS IS A TWO PERSON JOB.

This thing was so heavy. Hubby had to use a 2-wheel cart to take it downstairs. Once unboxed, we noticed a shelf was bent. I called my local Sam's club where we purchased it from and was told we would need to bring the entire unit back and get a new one. Difficult to get it bundled up to take 45 mins to my Sam's club . We ended up not taking it back and left the bent shelf out as it wouldn't fit over all the poles.

Just ordered two of these. One was great the other wasn't. One of the corner poles for the second level was threaded incorrectly and wouldn't screw into the first level corner pole. And then, one of the shelves had a slight dent in the corner and would not seat properly onto the plastic shelf holders. Not returning the bad unit due to the weight and size of the parcel. Thankfully, we were able to cobble up corrections for the problems but we shouldn't have had to do that. I'm 50% disappointed in this shelf unit: One unit was good, one was bad.

The fit and finish on the last shelf I bought is not the same as the shelf unit I purchased 6 months ago. The item was poorly packaged and pieces were falling out of the packaging before I even started to unbox it. The main support posts were poorly threaded and when put together they had a bow in them, making it difficult to position the shelves. There are sharp edges everywhere the metal was cut and welded, and there was no sign that any deburring took place.

GOOD STRONG SHELVES. QUALITY IS HIT OR MISS. I HAVE 4 SETS. 2 SETS WERE PERFECT THE OTHER 2 HAD FLAWS. ONE WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING WITH ONE SHELVE SO BADLY BENT I WAS UNABLE TO USE IT. THE OTHER ONE HAD A POCKET THAT WENT OVER THE POST NOT WELDED ALL THE WAY AND WOULD NOT SUPPORT ANY WEIGHT. I CALL THIS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.

Hubby got the 1st shelf put together and I love it so much that I ordered 2 more (for curbside pickup) - picked them up yesterday. This is a nice looking shelf - with liners. Seems to be well built and very sturdy. It was an especially good value at @20.00 off. I can't wait to (try) get organized!!!!!

The clamps are a little tricky and you will need 2 people most likely to assemble. What I did was put my things in plastic tubs and label them and then put them in the right height before I assembled it because it will not be easy to adjust them later. So get your height first. I have had to move several times and this is the way to go. You can also roll them away from the wall for cleaning behind them. I own lots of these and just love them. One and only downside is that you cannot adjust the shelves very easy after assembly. I also wish they made a plastic cover for them. But...you won't be sorry. This by far is the best little organizer there is.

The first one I bought was Great, no missing pieces or damage, went together super easy. The second one I bought not so lucky. The connector that connects the top and bottom pole was screwed in cockeyed from the factory. We tried to get it out but it wasn't budging. We called the company they sent out a replacement top pole and a connector. However they would not overnight it and I had to wait over a week to be able to finish assembling the shelf. But the representative was quick to inform me I could put the bottom half of the shelf together while I waited, so apparently it's a common problem. And somehow I still decided to buy a third shelf. Well that was not without its issues either. The poles were great but this time one of the shelves was bent. Mind you I am a little OCD so all my boxes were in perfect condition just not the contents in it. I have not contacted the company on the bent shelf because I think I'm going to show up at Sam's club and make them open a box and give me a shelf versus dealing with the company. Aside from the problems I've had the shelf itself is sturdy and works for its intended purpose. I don't think I'll be buying a fourth one though.
