After much frustration keeping the plastic slips from popping off during installation (reason for 4 stars rather than 5), we are very pleased with the shelving - sturdy, white is attractive, and wheels are a blessing.

I was skeptical because of the Member's Mark brand. I own a restaurant so I know a lit about wire racks/shelving. Surprisingly the rack is extremely heavy duty and well designed. The quality is just as good if not better than other high end brands.

Great for lightweight loads, but the claim of 6,000 lbs. with wheels or 800 lbs. without is pure BS. At 400 lbs, one of the wheels buckled and caused a disaster.

This shelving was used for a large food pantry. We found them sturdy, capable of handling the weight advertized with sturdy wheels. Easy to move once loaded. A bit of a challenge to put together, but no tools needed, just some strength.

I just had the item delivered today and the box is so damaged, with the corners exposed and the shelve is damaged, now I have to take it back and exchange. The delivery experience has been poor.
