Bought this for my daughter since their new house did not have pantry shelves. It fit perfectly into the space and now holds everything from paper products to canned foods. Best thing is it was ordered online and Sam's shipped it directly to her so I did not have to find someone to pick it up etc. Thank you Sam's!!!

These shelves are made to assemble quickly and simply. Their heavy cartons are more than I can lift. Sam's employees load them into my car for me, and at home I drag them from the car and cut them open in the driveway and make three trips inside with their contents. The wheels allow me to push multiple shelves aginst one another so there doesn't have to be an aisle between them. Shelves can be pulled out one at a time to be examined.

These are the best heavy duty shelving units, and are perfect for basement storage. I love the wheels because I can move them around to more easily get at the tubs and boxes that I store on them. We can even keep our Christmas tree in it's bag on the bottom shelf. The shelves are totally adjustable. I have had 5 of them for a couple of years, and decided that I needed two more. I was glad I could still get the same kind. They are fairly pricey, but I feel they are worth it. They'll last forever. I bought these last two online. They are delivered right to the door, so you don't have to worry about lugging them in and out of the car. They are very heavy.

Hubby bought this yesterday. A friend helped us put it together. We took everything out of the box & got each piece organized. We opted to use the self leveling part & added that before assembling unit. Do not add the top poles until after you put on lower shelves. It will save you lots of frustration by doing this--makes it stable. We own many different kinds of these shelves/carts. This is not the best of the best but it will certainly serve the purposes I need it for and then some. In fact, I want to buy a few more to make curing stations for onions, garlic and potatoes, from my garden.

Pros: sturdy looks great casters ample room per shelf nice height, fits through doorways but is tall excellent value for price clean and will stay that way rugged Oddities: shelf unit holds 3500 lbs on leveling feet, but only 500 on casters, which is less than the rated 600 per shelf you would get on the stationary feet. easy to put together, yet a little tricky in some ways--not difficult--tricky. I had to stop more than a few times due to the design of plastic brackets they include for holding the shelves in place. Though sturdy, they tend to move as you are placing the shelf, requiring you to redo that portion of the assembly.

They are great shelves but the last set we ordered, the plastic clips are not fitting around the poles, too small. Lucky we have ordered a lot of these and used parts from last years purchase. I tried to contact the company to order poles also, but no success in contacting anyone. The calls go to voicemail which disconnects after message.

Got this shelf for my pantry. It is bigger than I thought, I should have read the specifications better. Now just need three more. But it is so sturdy, solid and great for anything. The weight capacity is 600lb!!! It comes with hardware to mount on the wall to prevent tipping over. Highly recommend it!

I have been a customer of Sams club for many years, and I'm disappointed to say that When I pay for new merchandise I expect to receive new NOT USED! I'm using the unit as a single unit for now, which is fine. but when I received the box the unit was in it was pretty beat up and tapped up a lot. I opened the box and took out all the parts , and noticed all these little black plastic rings loose and a bunch of opened small boxes that I assumed where the rings belonged. As I start taking out the parts of the box and separating and organizing the parts , I noticed that the majority of the rings were broken, so this tells me that this unit has been either used or was a floor model. never less I ordered a new item and disappointingly received a used one. The rings apparently were to be used for if you wanted to divided the unit in two parts, and yes it would have been nice to have all the parts if one decides to make the unit into two parts. But I can use it as one for now. I feel that Sams Club should be more honest to their customers in what they are receiving whether its new, used, or a floor model. And since this is used and sent back to Samsclub and not checked out before placing it back on the shelf for resale or even a floor model and carelessly not checked out before repacking it to sell, Although I would still recommend this unit, I strongly feel as though Sams Club owes me some sort of a discount or comforsation for sending me a not only a used item , but with broken parts . I took pictures of the opened boxes and the broken plastic rings. And I ask to hear from Sams club on this problem .

My husband and I purchased this and put it together a few days ago. Both of us are somewhat handy but for some reason we always take forever to put stuff together. This takes no handiness whatsoever and we had it together in 15 minutes! Now all of our bottled water, toilet paper, diapers, etc. are stored in our basement out of site. Great purchase. I will definitely buy another one if we need similar storage in the future.

I've purchased these in the past, and they hold up great. The poles are not continuous, but I've never had one give out, or even bend in the slightest bit. The plastic shelf liners are awesome for smaller items (tip: cut them to fit your items, to avoid the dusting). The Delivery isn't so great: When ordered they are promised next-day, or two-days, but due to their bulk and weight, they are Shipped instead of Delivered, which takes two weeks. Two weeks is ok, if you don't need it tomorrow; in that case go to the Club and purchase them there.
