While we can't be sure, we believe you were sharing your Febreze AIR 4 pack had cans which were half full. It may be helpful to know the space that looks empty really isn't, it's holding the invisible propellant, nitrogen gas. Your cans will spray as long as nitrogen is in the can. Hawaiian scent is best

I like the Hawaiian Aloha Spray and wish Sam's Club would offer a 4 pack of only that scent. The other scent is too overpowering.
