Items straps were cut, box was taped shut which indicated it was opened, missing two small capes for tops of the polls. Otherwise, the item meet my needs and I would order again.

This shelving is very sturdy. I like that it has the hard plastic inserts to put on the shelves. I got this for my garage to organize. The fact that it is on wheels make it easy to sweep behind or move if need be.
