Overall a very good value; the thin plastic shelf liners are a good attempt to stop items from falling through the shelves but they are so light weight and flexible that they slide around on the shelf as heavy cartons are repositioned. Good idea the woulld be improved if it was made of stiffer and thicker material.

I bought 3 of these. One was missing the wheels, plastic liners and 1 set of poles. Another was missing plastic liners. Only one was complete. I didnt need the wheels anyway but the liners and pole would have been nice. I had to have my maintenance dept cut a piece of conduit to use as a pole.

I believe in things you should need to buy once, the quality is so good. This is one of those items. I thoroughly researched shelving products for my kitchen EVERYWHERE and Sam's Club was the most bang for the buck. This item came with all its parts, shelf liners (which are sold separately or not available on other brands) and castors ($40 if bought separately). We are older (I have a bad back) and don't need to bend over looking for things in our cabinets. This shelving was wide enough to hold small appliances and pantry items, easily within view and looks nice in our working kitchen. I was able to put it together until the last 3 shelves because I couldn't reach high enough as once you connect the 2nd set of 4 legs it is 6' high, so then my husband helped me. The hardest part was figuring how far apart I would use the shelves: I made the 3rd shelf from the bottom the tallest (between the 4th shelf) and at kitchen counter height to hold tall and heavy appliances, making them easy to lift when needed. On the top shelf I put things that are light like paper towels, those great tortilla chips (from Sam's), etc. I hang some hooks (and short bungee cords) on the sides to hold less used kitchen gadgets that take up too much room in the drawers. I will probably buy another and split it in half (2 shelving units of 3 shelves each - it does that, too) and store/organize my grandson's toys in his playroom at our house, and perhaps another to store office supplies and equipment in my husband's office. It is very sturdy, fit for purpose, saves space, value for money, and I LOVE IT! Thank you Sam's Club for getting this deal for members! Please keep this item available at this price.

I like this shelving very much. It's sturdy and easy to assemble. It did come with the wrong threading in the legs, so neither the wheels or leveling feet were able to be screwed in. The folks at Members Mark customer service were very helpful and the manufacturer sent me replacement legs within a few days.

We added two more of these shelves. We bought 8 previously. They are great and we've had the other 8 for years. Very sturdy, easy to assemble, and they hold a lot of weight. They are super easy to move around even when fully loaded. And we found they are great when moving too, as we loaded them up, wrapped them in plastic wrap and wheeled them into the moving truck. They went right up the ramp. We recommend them.

Bought a set of these shelves in-store several years ago. Still in great shape. Wheels roll easily, brakes work well, and you have the ability to adjust shelves as needed. We ordered two sets online since we now live further from a store. Multiple mix-ups in shipping/customer service. Shelves arrived about 10 days later than expected. My first time experience with online shopping with Sam's was NOT positive.

This item is very heavy duty, at 89 pounds per box, I ordered 2 but put 1 together. The box came heavily damaged, and I found several pieces of the plastic packaging in my driveway. I gave high rating, because this item is heavy duty and I'm sure Sam's would not send me a deffective item. 1 shelf was damaged, and the steel looks a little scraped, on the ends, where there was no box protection. It must have been mistreated in transport. Still a good deal for the price I paid.

Previously purchased 3 of these for my place of employment. We store soft drinks on them. Worked so well, we just purchased 16 more. They are study, plus since they roll, we can easily move them to clean under them. Flexibility in the height of each shelf is also a nice bonus. Perfect for many uses!

We purchased these storage carts/shelves for our garage, and they are wonderful. The racks are adjustable, so you can vary the heights to fit your needs and they are very sturdy. We bought two in an effort to better organize the garage. I highly recommend this product!

Very well made, and strong. I did not use the wheels as I placed heavy loads on the shelves that would have exceeded the rated capacity of the wheels. Even with the heavy loads the shelving units are very stable due to their depth (18 inches). Due to the slope of the floor in my basement where I placed them I needed to shim the front legs to obtain a level platform. The assembly instructions were very clear and concise and assembly was easy. I am very pleased with the product. It has brought order to my basement.
