i bought 3 of these for the garage, was able to clean up and organize it final. first commit for the people across the street was to tell us to stop cleaning as ours makes theirs look worst now that we cleaned it up. i recommend have help putting this together, it will go quick but the tabs that hold the shelves in place can be a pain if you don't drop the shelves in level.

The racks are beautiful, but the wheels cannot hold any where near the weight that is given on the specs. Haven't even had them a week and the wheels are already bent and the rack is now unusable. I am calling the customer service dept. Let's see how that goes.

I moved into a house that completely lacked garage shelving or cabinets. I ordered two of these Seville shelving units. It took about an hour each to assemble the units, no assistance required. The directions were straightforward and easy to follow. Two of the four rolling casters have locks, which work--sort of. The shelves can bear a good amount of weight. I like the shelf panels that cover the wire shelves--very nice. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase. And the price was great.

I would love to give this a 5 star rating as the unit appears it would be very nice. But, the box contained 5 upper poles and only 3 lower poles. Thus, it can't be assembled. A voice mail to the manufacturer two days ago has not been returned. Will attempt one more call and then returning the unit to Sam's if no response or quick delivery of a replacement. This would be unfortunate as I planned to purchase two more.

Well-made, sturdy rolling storage rack at a fair price and free delivery! Adjustable shelves, easy to assemble by 2 people. One person can assemble, but harder to handle. Lots of storage space! Smooth, easy rolling; also has 2 locking wheels. It comes with flimsy plastic shelve liners; however, I've purchased other racks that don't come with any shelve liners! So flimsy is better than none! Great rolling storage shelves!! I've purchased two so far, and more on the way!!

This may be a great product, but DO NOT have it delivered. The item is heavy, and I can tell from the condition of of the box (ripped, busted and open on the ends), that the workers have been dropping it, dragging it, and everything EXCEPT picking it up, since it was ordered. The plastic joint pieces are trash, and falling out all over the place. It goes back to Sam's TOMORROW. Hopefully they have one IN the store that I can pick up myself. Jeez.

I have bought several of the Member's Mark shelf sets and they were 60" wide. Now I bought more and didn't realize until I got them home, 75 miles away, that they were 48" wide now and no 60" listed. Sort of like how cheese now comes in 11.25 ounce packages instead of a pound; reducing size and quality to keep prices low... No one was screaming for cheese packages to be 11.25 ounces or for this to be 48" wide.

This will be the 3rd time my package is delivered and the box is broken. It seems FedEx or whoever handles the packages don't care. Still checking the product to see if there are any damages. Sam's please can our packages be labeled fragile if that would help. I'm sick and tired of calling for a replacement or refund.

This product comes with plastic spacers that are meant to secure the shelving in place. The spacers do not snap on and therefore the fitting is not secure. I spent an hour trying to figure out why the spacers did not snap on, trying different spacers and different locations within the legs/poles but nothing worked.if this product is designed to hold 100+ lbs of weight I don’t see how the plastic spacers can hold over time even if you manage to secure the shelves temporarily. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from burying this product until the vendor can design another mechanism to secure the shelving. The pricing and the quality steel of this product was the reason I purchased this Product but you won’t get far if you can’t secure the shelving in place.

For the money, these are great shelves!
