The turbo Tax application was easy to follow and data was easy enter.

This i snot really a good product. Expensive and a lot of glitches.

Poor Interface

Easy to use software , walks you through, book keeping and helps filing tax

Turbotax is easy

Great once you have all the proper forms in order to start.

I paid for 2 state returns, then had to pay $25 each to file electronically

State returns expensive

Turbo Tax

Experience with Turbo Tax is good as it has been in the past.

Good product

Disappointed on every level. TurboTax freezes constantly I've had to restart it multiple times just to get through my return. That's not a minor inconvenience, that's a fundamental reliability failure.

And then there's the pricing. Upgrade prompts appear when you're already mid-filing, and you're charged extra just to file your state return. Every competitor includes state filing. TurboTax charges a premium and still nickel-and-dimes you at every turn.

Buggy, overpriced, and not worth the hassle. I'll be switching next year unless they get their act together.

Losing Faith in TurboTax

Technical Support was fantastic. Very personable, competent, patient!!
Please continue to offer a physical disk version of TurboTax each year to enable loading and viewing/using the software long after Intuit has stopped supporting older versions. It seems that Intuit is making it more difficult each year to obtain a physical disk copy of the Turbo Tax software.
