I have always been comfortable filing taxes with Turbo Tax but the hardware and software requirements have made it challenging to use TurboTax.

Very thorough, and not too difficult. Some knowledge of taxes is useful. Calculations are guaranteed to be accurate.

Somewhat difficult to find where to enter QCD from IRA Accounts, should be more straight forward to enter that information

My return was pretty simple, mostly the same as last year. The interface made it easy to compare and verify I didn't miss anything.

Easy to import previous years tax form information and download input data from large financial institutions.

I get premium and I still have to pay again to e-file - just put that in the price at the beginning.

I only want to download TurboTax but you have made that difficult. Please make it easier like it used to be

Overall, I think Turbo Tax is great. I have been using it for years. However, I do not like the new method of entering charitable donations.
