Had problems getting some Turbo tax updates because I did not know that I had to reboot my computer in the middle of doing the update

Over-complicated software. Seems daunting and it is. Does not explain if I qualify for a specific deduction but says that I might.

The process was a little tricky with getting use to the new format but it fell into place after a few entries.

IT DID NOT SEEM TO BE COMPATiBLE WITH APPLE. I had a hard tine saving it in Apple. I had a hard time searching for the documents.

I have used Turbotax desktop premier the last few years and love it. It is very user friendly and easy to use.

It was difficult to find how to "update" the Turbotax Premiere software. You should put this function at top of screen within main menu.

I like using ZTurbotax. Ive used it for several years. PLEASE add a feature that allows the user to enlarge the text when using a MacBook Air.

Importing tax information from brokerage accounts was a significant issue this year compared to previous years!!
