THE SECTION OF THE PROGRAM TP ALLOW PAYMENT FOR FEES FOR STATES ETC, DOES NOT WORK IT MADE ME DEDUCT THE FEES FROM MY REFUND. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED

Used Turbo Tax for years now, and it's never let me down. Interface gets better every year. Clear, concise information for a Senior Citizen to use.

It is conclusive but too expensive ! Lower cost or include state filing without additional charges!

Why am I being charged $40 when I purchased the software? I thought the Federal filing was included with the purchase price.

Been using Turbo Tax Premier, to date it is still user's friendly, walk you through the steps by steps.

Easy to use and like that it downloads the information from the previous year making it easier, and faster to do the current year.

It was easy to use but it's costing way too much for what it does. It shouldn't be over $130 to do your own tax return with no help.

I called TurboTax for help and talked to Francis. He was very helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to keep me informed !!

This gets worse every year - every screen is a plea to upsell you another service, explanations are poor, garbage experence.

There were SC updates that were very late. This should have been notified when transmitting the return.
