Software is pretty easy to use. The foreign tax section was a little difficult to navigate but I finally finished it.

Preparing the tax was awesome and easy. Setting up a tax payment plan was a bit confusing but you folks got me through it.

Why am I being charged $40 when I purchased the software? I thought the Federal filing was included with the purchase price.

Well laid out. Easy to use. Only problem is that some responses are off the screen forcing user to move screen to select the response.

Product flowed better this year than last year. It was also a bit easier to find my place when I started a new session.

I get premium and I still have to pay again to e-file - just put that in the price at the beginning.

TOO DIFFICULT TO AMEND A RETURN, none of the recommended procedures really aligned. Your Voice help is a waste of my time

Love TurboTax. It is accurate and very easy to use. It walks me through the process in a very simple way. I've used it for years.

Horrible interface - feels ancient. Shameless marketing practices (upgrades, fees, trying to get you to use online version, guilt-trips etc.)
