This year has been very easy to file my federal and state returns. I have been a loyal user for over 20 years.

Multi year user. Easy to use, but delays in available firms frustrating. The email notification was good.

Easy to follow, easy to orgnize, easy reminders. And the intuit community has a wealth of information.

A majority of institutions data can't be imported. We have to import manually. What's the use of Turbo Tax if we have to do all that.

Glitchy this year. Crashed in the middle and lost all my work, and had difficulty importing froms yr

I found it too difficult to use the expert, and that particular person didn't seem to know what they were doing.
