For some reason I had to purchase Premier in order to import my investment info. I didnt have to do that last year. The upgrade was pricey.

Excellent but it would be useful if it remembered more from the final efile steps like the driver's license number

Turbo don't walk me through all the process. I chose Walk me thru the process but it skip them all.

the tax filing for state was a total rip off. After already buying the state for $40, charging another $25 to efile ? Seriously ?? very disappointed.

Overall, it was an easy process but I am super angry to have to pay for e-file of state return and refuse! Wont use turbo tax anymore!!!!

Have been using Turbo Tax for 18 years. Have found answers to any questions on line. Will not ever do taxes any other way ever again.

I started out giving the online version a try but did not like it. Please don't eliminate the desktop option in the future.

Overall. product is excellent. However, one suggestion would be to improve ease of printing. Much easier in older versions

Always have used Turbo Tax since it came out. Easy to use on your own as long as you have simple deductions. Will always use this product.
