Live expert was very helpful and was able to explain the next steps and the difference between online vs desktop versions of TurboTax Premier.

I've been using TurboTax for several years. This year was not as easy to use as last year's,but still a worthwhile product.

This product has matured over many , many years into a frst class , easy to use & accurate piece of Tax Software.

The CPA Jennifer was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and nice. She solved a problem I had for years wit Depreciation. She was the best.

Very easy to follow through and find all required forms (and the explanation on how to fill them out).

Having prepared tax returns for over 50 years, I appreciate all of the attention to detail & accuracy Turbotax brings.

I have been using TurboTax to prepare and file my Federal & State income returns for years. It almost makes it fun to do your income tax return.

2025 Turbo Tax is not as intuitive as it was in previous years. Premiere did not import last years return information.

The efile PINS did not work that Turbo tax generated. It see no additional field to reenter the PINS.

Much more difficult to use this year. I hated the big boxes for entering income. Then having to enter the same information over and over again.
