After the last 30+ years Turbo Tax still proves to be an easy experience to use.

Largely easy to follow; however, some instructions were challenging for an 87-Year old.

Turbo Tax is a good value.

Both easystep and forms views work well.  Navigation is mostly intuitive.

Could not figure out how to e-file an extension. it says I have to prints and mail.

Turbotax still needs to fix issues with rental property in a different state

Excellent Product

This product disappoints.  Forms that have had bugs for years have not been rectified.  In a recent year I sold a house - a rental property.  The "tax expert" told me to list the sales price and cost basis on the Schedule D "just like any other asset sale."  This is the second time I set up Estimated Tax Payments only to have the program zero them out in the end.  Terrible product!

Turbo Tax is terrible - full of errors!

I've been using various editions of TurboTax Desktop for around 30 years.  I'm both very comfortable using it and confident with the results.  The interface is great, allowing for both guided and direct updates.  The ability to download forms directly into TT is fantastic.  eFiling has never been an issue.  I've use TT for both business and personal taxes, and I've filed returns in PA, NY, and NC.  The product just works.
