I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and love it. If I need to talk to an associate, they are very helpful and patient.

syncing between online and desktop does not always work. Online does not include a form view or target a specific item to revisit or update.

Importing tax information from brokerage accounts was a significant issue this year compared to previous years!!

Its Deductible was very useful and now is no longer part of the software. I would have looked for other packages had i know that upfront.

HAD TO OVERRIDE A LINE ON 1040SR TO ENTER EMAIL. USING DESKTOP VERSION. MADE OVERRIDE IN FORM VIEW

Turbotax mostly worked well for me, but I did have problems with entering the OID on TIPS. See comments below.
