Been using Turbo Tax for 25 years easy to use and I have rental properties.

Easy to use, gets the job done

The program crashed and I lost all my data near the end of completing the return; had to re-enter everything a second time.  Called technical support and, other than wasting another hour on the phone, nothing was accomplished except for increased frustration.

Didn't need any help with return. Had a terrible experience with logging in the first time. I find it confusing on having to go through Intuit to the login into Turbo. Every year it takes me about 4 hours to do it. I would appreciate it if you can give more explanation or make it simpler.
